“Top notch care at affordable prices! Dr Harmon, and supporting staff, are the most friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive group of professionals this city has to offer. So thankful my pups are under their care! 5 stars hands down!”

3910 State St, Santa Barbara“We were blessed to obtain the services of La Cumbre Animal Hospital when we moved here last year. We have been extremely pleased with the care our small dog has received during every visit. We love Dr Sophia Rasmussen. The caring attitude of the veterinarians and the staff always pleases us. Th entire staff is up to date on skills and are are truly professionals. Our little one seems happy there and likes the loving she gets. Thanks for keeping your Hospital spotlessly clean and cheery as well!

“I am moving and bringing my dog on a long plane trip. Everyone at Adobe has been so helpful with all the details necessary for the trip. They already know the answers to all my questions.”
“I brought my cat in for a second opinion on her chronically irritated eye that numerous previous vets have all attributed to feline herpes. They have all said it is largely untreatable and just something she will always deal with.Dr. Grunewald did a general exam and then did a swab test to determine the cause, which no other vet has even offered to me before now. The results showed that she may not have herpes at all, but has a parasitic infection that could be treated with antibiotics. We also discovered that she has struvites and had a UTI that we began treating. Throughout this process, Dr. Grunewald and the entire staff has been so friendly, responsive and helpful. They send texts to update you on test results, provide advice, adjust treatment plans, and answer my (many) questions. This is so helpful and also saves you from additional (stressful!) visits to the vet with your pet.My cat is finally getting the treatment she needs and Dr. Grunewald's knowledge and thorough approach is the entire reason why. I'm so grateful to them, and I cannot recommend them enough!”

1252 Coast Village Cir, Santa Barbara“While Montecito Pet Hospital can be on the more expensive side, they consistently take excellent care of your pets! From surgery to remove cancerous tumors to annual wellness checkups, you can’t go wrong.”
“Mr. Wheezy Cat approved!! I've had a lot of vets over the years and lived in many states and this is by far my favorite vet. Prices are really reasonable compared to other vet's I've been to and have liked way less and its an added bonus that everyone here is super awesome, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I've been taking my cat Mr. Wheezy Cat here since we moved back into town from Santa Ynez about 2 years ago and Dr. Kelsey Grunewald always makes Wheezy feel comfortable and calm during his visits and exams. Recently he had to have a tooth extracted, and everyone was so helpful and calming before the surgery. He got sent home with some pain meds just incase but just two days later is pain free and back outside rolling in dirt and playing in flower beds living his best kitty life! I am so thankful for you all and the awesome work you do in helping our fur/feather babies stay happy and healthy. Thank you all so much!!!”

3034 State St, Santa Barbara“Love San Roque Pet Hospital! Our Ridgeback bit into either a wasp or bee nest. Her head looked like something out of the movie Mask. As soon as we walked in Anna went to get the doctor and returned immediately with a tech who escorted Nala to the back. Dr. Renee came out within minutes and let us know she had 4 stingers in her mouth and she was going to give her a steroid shot and Benadryl and keep her for a couple of hours to make sure she had no adverse reaction. When I went to pick her up I was given complete instructions and what to look for during the next 24 hours. Nala's head is back to normal and she is bounding around as a 70lb+ puppy typically does. Thank you Dr. Renee and the staff at SRPH a trillion times for taking care of our baby!”

414 E Carrillo St, Santa Barbara“Professional and prompt. Best experience in Santa Barbara during 8 years of dog ownership. I wish the doctor on duty on the night of 10/15 could be our regular vet. Thank you!”
“I just had to have my very elderly cat euthanized. Abbie (one of the techs) and Dr. Harmon were beyond sympathetic and caring. They were absolutely wonderful and made a horrible agonizing decision easier to make. A few days later, his 'aquamains' were ready for me to pick up. (That means they do the cremation in water instead of fire.) They were nicely boxed, and put inside an elegant drawstring bag, and included a certificate of aquamation for my cat and a wooden pendant with his pawprint. I would highly recommend this vet clinic. It's small and homey, not big and impersonal.”

“always amazing with my Jaque, he is 14 and has all kinds of medical issues but when I come here I know he is in good hands! Right before they closed the kitty had chocolate but they immediately got to work and help out my little one! I can not recommend this place enough ❤️”
“We brought our cat for an exam, knowing that he would likely not come home with us. The veterinary team here was amazing. The vet was so kind and non-judgemental. Her insight gave me the reassurance that letting out cat go was the right decision. We are so grateful for their care.”
“Quick and thorough. Kind service. Went for a wellness check for the cat and everyone was kind and straight to the point(didn't even have to wait to be seen)”
“Dr Greek is wonderful, as her staff. They are helping me improve the quality of my cats life. They respond promptly, are extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional!”

301 E Haley St, Santa Barbara“Big thank you to Dr. Gibbs and the VCA staff!!
I had a holland lop named Oliver who was suffering from dental disease and other complications due to his dental decline. Dental care and exotic knowledge was difficult for me to find when I moved to SoCal, and we felt we found a true gem here at VCA.
Dr. Gibbs is a stellar veterinarian and my partner and I felt Oliver was receiving exceptional care under the VCA staff. Dr. Gibbs is a kind, knowledgeable, and understanding veterinarian who truly cares about what she does! When it was time for Oliver to pass the rainbow bridge; we felt he was receiving the best and most loving care up until the end. We would also like to thank VCA vet tech, Ricky, who assisted with Oliver and provided him with warm and loving care.
We worked with the VCA team for almost a year, and when the time is right, we look forward to utilizing them again for their outstanding rabbit care and professionalism. Thank you, VCA!”
“Peggy has taken care of all of our pets. She is wonderful. She is great with the animals and knows what they need. My cat lived to 22 years so that is saying a lot about Peggy. I trust her and this is a great place to feel connected to your vet, this is not a conglomerate, you work with Peggy and that makes a huge difference in the continuity of care. Sarah our dog loves going to see her which hasn’t happened at any other vet. Vinchenza our cat got the best care including end of life care. Thank you Artemis and everyone that works there for taking such good care of us and our pets. We love you!”

532 E Haley St, Santa Barbara“My family has been going to Whites Pet Hospital for 10 years and I couldn’t be happier with their service, recommendations, and overall care for my cats and dogs. I recently just lost my 9 year old dog who had diabetes and they were so kind they sent us a condolence card with messages from the staff and vets. Very kind. Very caring. Thank you White’s staff and vets. You truly care.”
“This animal hospital was VERY kind to the neglected and beat up puppy my husband rescued. Last Friday I was happy to take in Bear, a 3 1/2 month Sheppard mix with multiple problems. Cares for Paws is the mobil clinic that was kind enough to help with a $150 deposit. On top of that, the hospital itself basically donated another $200 worth of work so that this puppy could thrive. I am SO grateful that FOOTHILL PET HOSPITAL helped Bear to make it over the hump and I would definitely bring him back!”

3985 State St, Santa Barbara“Overall a friendly staff, decent selection and one perk is there is a HUGE selection of dog food.Sometimes the place is undone and it looks like the inventory is always being sorted. Organization could be better.”
“Dr. McFarlin is EXCEPTIONAL!!! She is so conscientious and brilliant and caring! She is literally the best vet I have ever encountered - any animal family would be so lucky to have her as their vet.”
