Terrible. My I phone 7 was disabled after updating. Nothing they could do they said . 2 workers on either side of me talking to each other playing Mario cart with each other me in between. They said I need a new phone or new contract.. I walked out phone held hostage. Not signing anything. Very unprofessional.

My 15 year old son who is an A+ student : mom they are just working off the script ..This country will never move forward if people don’t start using their brains ..utterly disappointing and pathetic experience at the local Verizon .You come as a new customer and they offer you a “deal”’of $300 per month ( while you are Paying $120 at AT&T .) way to welcome! You tell them exactly what you are looking for but they keep repeating the script they learned which has no relevance to your needs. What a shame and a waste of my time and the person who work there .. should go back to school and learn a profession and some common sense at least . Tired of stupidity .

Wow, WTF? We just wasted an hour and a half on something that should've taken 15 minutes, and that was WITH an appointment. We ended up having to do it on the Verizon app inside the store. Next time, we'll just do that so we don't have to go through the aggravation of going to the store itself. One would think a corporation the size of Verizon would have their customer service act together. Apparently not.

Dayana was wonderful to work with. Great experience at this store. She assisted myself and my mother with new phones and updated plans. Dayana was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions.

I picked this location because it had better reviews than the Verizon store in Goleta. But my experience was not a good one, anyway. The young man who helped me never told me about my iPhone options so I ended up with a model I didn't really want and had to go back the following week. Not only was I charged a $50 restocking fee, but I had to wait over an hour for service the second time. On the other hand, the second person who helped me seemed more knowledgeable and was patient and kind and got me set up. I just wish I hadn't had to go in and waste two afternoons of my life just getting a new phone.

Ok, I have been a customer of Verizon since day one. I never had issues with staff and always left satisfied. My last visit was just a question as to how I could hear my phone volume louder. It was set to max, and I could hardly hear people talk. The manager was helping someone else, then paused forna minutes to ask what I needed. I explained, and he fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Turns out my Samsung S22 has to have the "Media" volume up as well, not just the speaker.Go figure.

Terrible. Went to store but too busy, 75minute wait, so I made an appointment for the following day. Arrived at the store on time the next day to be told that I wasn't in the system and they had no record of my appointment. I explained that I had made the appointment just 24 hours ago but still didn't believe me. I had to show the confirmation email from Verizon themselves before they accepted that I had an appointment. In between they suggested that I was trying to jump the queue! Then they said that since I wasn't set up as a manager on the account they couldn't even show me new phones or helpin any way.I tried to explain that maybe checking they could actually serve someone when the appointment is made would be helpful and save wasted trips. But unfortunately, this was just too complicated for the agent to understand despite multiple attempts. .Had to get my wife to come to the store in person...Oh and then it doesn't even show me as a manager on the Verizon app but not to worry because they have it in their system. Just like my appointment? Was my response.

Store is a great store best Verizon service center in the area but I wouldn't use Verizon to save my life cause you will waste your time calling 4 hours a month just to get your bill adjusted properly. And on top of that they'll accuse you of insurance fraud anytime you have an issue with your phone even when store representatives verify your issues. Use t mobile or anything but Verizon you will pay less for better service Verizon corporate is sleazy and tries to charge you 10 dollars just to call and get your bill fixed with a representative.

I went into this store a few days ago to have my phone either fixed or replaced. The battery in my phone had suddenly died after only being 1.5 years old. When I went into the store, I was swiftly prompted to sit at a desk and call the phone insurance claim company MYSELF. I literally called a 1-800 or 1-888 number and went through the entire claim process myself with someone unrelated to Verizon on the phone. The whole process took 30 minutes of being hitting numbers. (ex. hit 1 for...etc.) I am not sure why as a 10+ year Verizon customer I am needing to speak to Assure insurance claims myself? I miss the good ol' days where you would walk in and a representative would handle everything - how customer service should be. I didn't even need to go to the Verizon store at all. I could've called the number from work/home. I wasted time going to the store only to be sat at a desk and told to use their phone with the insurance customer service number. Verizon-maybe help your customers and have your own customer service-rather than making them do YOUR job?
