Old facilities, we were on the first floor and you could hear too much when they walked in the room

I got a pair of socks today, one was longer than the other, and since I have size 13 feet they don't fit me. The size sock I got was 12.5 since it was the closest to my size, but one was probably closer to a 9. Wanna refund and new socks.

You can find some really cute pieces here, although I will say everything is super overpriced. Love the layout of the store. My biggest problem is with the workers. Some of them are really nice and hardworking and most of them are rude, unwelcoming, and don't really care to help people. A lot of them just stand around gossiping with eachother and when u approach them, they look at you like your rudely interrupting their convo. A while ago I was also buying pants in the men's section and when I asked a worker to help me find the right size, she pretty much refused to help me because it was for men and I'm not a man. Luckily another worker stepped in and told me sorry for her behavior and helped me. It's really hit or miss with this store.

Jennelle went out of her way to make sure that I got the cozy jacket I fell in love with. Happily sending the SKU # over with her jolly good voice and vibes. I sincerely hope that she gets a raise:) I love great customer service.
