A few months ago I went by the store a few times and saw a "be back at ..." sign on the door. This happened more than once, and at least once no one appeared at the time on the sign. After that, I got in the habit of calling ahead to make sure someone was there. On Thursday, May 11, 2023 my wife and I went there to get some documents notarized. The worker said that he did not notarize anything when he was alone in the store. I mentioned that another worker had notarized things there the day before, and he replied that he himself simply didn't do that (though he was a notary) because it could cause backups and lines at the store. There was no sign of any other customers at the time. (On my previous visit, two or three more people had shown up at the store a little after me, and I had been asked to wait until they were served before my notarization, which was fine.) He suggested that we go to Montecito Executive Services, which, for a variety of reasons that were not the fault of Montecito Executive Services, did not work out.I contacted a total of three people at two divisions of UPS the next day, thinking that either UPS or the franchise owner might be interested in knowing that services at the store were being done sporadically and at the worker's whim. The first person I talked to apologized profusely and said that I would receive a call from the franchise owner (not that I had asked for one). I later spoke to another UPS representative who said that the franchise owner had left a voice message for me, but I received no voice messages. The last UPS representative specifically gave me a choice as to whether I wanted to hear from the franchise owner and the district representative, and I thought "why not?" and said "yes." I have not heard from either. Apparently business is good enough that constructive criticism is not wanted. I will not be going back to the store.

Love using this location . The other day I went to send stuff back Amazon and their email to printer was not working . I had my bar code that needed printed out to send usps. The nice girl whose name is Ariana offered to print it out later and even drop off at usps store for me as had go that way . I never doubted her but when Amazon has yet to give me my credit they said the package not yet arrived . I emailed store Ariana responded so quickly and even sent me the tracking record. it seems Amazon has not checked in yet. She was very lovely to even offer to send it in the first place but even more lovely was her response and help with info need to file claim . Thank you !!!

This is a great resource for the community. Always helpful and polite. I have been sending things frequently and I can always depend on them.Great at packing and assisting with everything I need to have done.

Great UPS store! I'm surprised by the other less positive reviews, actually. I will say, I've only used this location to return pre-paid items... but they are fantastic about it. The guys are always very friendly, the process is always super quick and they're very Covid-conscious... only one person is allowed in the lobby at a time. I will definitely keep coming back as long as I have to return things, which means I will keep coming back forever. Btw, it's always easy to get a parking space in front, too.

I live seconds away from this ups store, but driving to coast village road is always faster because there is only one person working at this location. This location also quoted me double the price as the coast village road store to send an oversized item. Honestly, this location is kind of a waste of time for everything I've tried to use it for. Not even worth trying to do stuff here when I can simply drive down the hill and find another store with actual employees and customer service.

Horrible service. Avoid. Stay away. Use Montecito Executive Center instead. Don't expect employees to care at all about your needs. Take my word for it.

I am not a regular YELPer but this store deserves it! What a fantastic store. I work from home and this is my go to for sending business packages. Everyone who works here is helpful, happy and honestly a delight. Every time I come here I leave so relieved that it is my local store. What a hidden gem! And to think I found it through a mailer/postcard last holiday season! Keep doing what you are doing!

The store just opened up about two months ago. Ive seen business pick up as time goes on. No wait time and the staff is always on hand.
