Let me start by saying that whenever I need to ship something, I only use UPS. My experiences with them have been overwhelmingly positive. This store, with whatever irritable employee was working on Sunday, September 4th, was far and away one of the poorest examples of customer service I’ve seen. This employees attitude was so terrible that I ended up leaving the store and will wait to ship my items out later this week from a different location.

Quick service on an Amazon return. The UPS store has been around forever, and probably will still be doing a great job when we want something shipped to Mars.

Nice employees that do their best to accommodate customers needs quickly. The store is a bit small so patience is sometimes required when they get busy. Have always been satisfied with their level of service.

Worst store ever always trying to charge someone for a box that should be free/ or tape?! Like really tape for 2.50 a foot ??? Not here to pay the building rent get over yourself sand learn to run a business !!!

The employees at this store always go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. As soon as I arrive, I know the job will get done. They are efficient, courteous, and the price is fair. I always come here when I need something done quickly, and right. So grateful to have this store in town.

I send packages on a weekly basis to customers all across America. I can not express enough how thankful I am for the friendly staff at this store. They are always professional and treat me like family. I would give 6 stars if I could. I stopped using the post office and just go to this location for all my shipping needs. Very clean store and I am always greeted with a smile. Their customer service is 10 out of 10.

Worst customer service from the girl working today who was young and foreign. From the minute I walked in, she had an attitude and told me very rudely where to place my package. Then, I could tell the entire time she was asking me for my name/address she wasn't actually caring about inputting the information correctly. Because of this, I purposely checked to see if the correct address my package needed to go to was correct and sure enough, it was way off. Once I told her it was wrong, she took off her UPS apron and said she was off work. The very kind guy with facial hair helped me out and made things right. Not sure why ANYONE would hire such a rude person to be working a customer service job. Not once did she apologize or try to make things right. Instead, she came back out with her UPS apron back on and looked at me with a death stare and said. "Everything good now?" once she knew I was being helped. Terrible experience for what I thought would be a simple package drop off. .

1.I paid extra for a decorated padded envelope to mail a wedding gift, paid extra for tracking and the clerk proceed to stick a large barcode on the front and wrap the envelope up in tape. I'm not sure why I spent the extra money to send a presentable package to the wedding party?2. I waited 30 mins to have document notarized, waited an additional 20 min to have the notary complete forms- 3 weeks after I mailed document it is returned to me, as the notary NEVER signed the document. REALLY???Mindless clerks. Will not patronize this UPS again.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Went to send holiday gifts with my sister, arrived and got in line outside at 3:45 (per covid protocol) and waited patiently after the male, long-haired customer service rep acknowledged us. At 4pm (closing time), he came out and sent everyone in line home. When I explained I’d been waiting in line outside at 3:45, he kept shouting “I don’t care, I don’t care, I don’t care” and locked the door. Didn’t get his name, he was too busy running away shouting “I don’t care.”Will never go back, and I highly recommend you don’t either. Glad Fedex and the USPS aren’t far.
