Package was sent to a mailbox at this store. The mailbox owner is claiming it was lost and they never received. The person I spoke with refused to help me. They would not even try to research what happened to the package. DO NOT get a mailbox at this store or ship items there. They will recieve the items and then say they don’t know. Worst customer service at a UPS store ever. I deal with UPS stores on a weekly basis and I have never experienced this before. Please take care of your customers. Thank you.

Today is Sunday Apr 14. I usually have a pretty good experience going into this store. But the skinny guy with dark hair and glasses was so rude! I simply went into buy packing tape. When I left, I said “thank you”. No response whatsoever. A little common courtesy goes a long way. Be nice to your customers and show some respect. Looking at previous reviews it looked a La like it starts with the owner of the store.

Let me start by saying that whenever I need to ship something, I only use UPS. My experiences with them have been overwhelmingly positive. This store, with whatever irritable employee was working on Sunday, September 4th, was far and away one of the poorest examples of customer service I’ve seen. This employees attitude was so terrible that I ended up leaving the store and will wait to ship my items out later this week from a different location.

Quick service on an Amazon return. The UPS store has been around forever, and probably will still be doing a great job when we want something shipped to Mars.

Nice employees that do their best to accommodate customers needs quickly. The store is a bit small so patience is sometimes required when they get busy. Have always been satisfied with their level of service.

Worst store ever always trying to charge someone for a box that should be free/ or tape?! Like really tape for 2.50 a foot ??? Not here to pay the building rent get over yourself sand learn to run a business !!!

The employees at this store always go above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. As soon as I arrive, I know the job will get done. They are efficient, courteous, and the price is fair. I always come here when I need something done quickly, and right. So grateful to have this store in town.

I send packages on a weekly basis to customers all across America. I can not express enough how thankful I am for the friendly staff at this store. They are always professional and treat me like family. I would give 6 stars if I could. I stopped using the post office and just go to this location for all my shipping needs. Very clean store and I am always greeted with a smile. Their customer service is 10 out of 10.
