Substandard return policy. Purchased sunglasses, was given no warning about them being final sale and received no help from staff when trying to return. Go somewhere else with better exchange policy and customer service.

The merchandise is good but the management team at this specific location could definitely use some work. I had a job interview here and the guy who was interviewing me didn’t show up, he didn’t even bother to give me a heads up or reschedule (and no, the reason he didn't come wasn’t an emergency or anything, he just picked up a shift at another location). Every other manager just brushed it off like this was a regular thing and told me to call Tilly’s everyday and ask if he was there to interview me. I called everyday and they didn’t even give me an estimate of when he would be back working in Santa Barbara so I gave up. If you’re looking for a job, do not apply here, they’re immature and inexperienced and don’t take you or your time seriously.

My kids went shopping here this weekend on our Santa Barbara weekend getaway and they were treated very nicely. They love Tillys and it was nice to find one far from home! Customer service was great!! They had a few items our home location in Temecula doesn’t have so they were very happy!

Got some clothes and shoes, turned out they were too big. Tried to exchange them to next day and they said all sales are final. Never seen that before very anti consumer behavior. Would not recommend Tilly’s.

Couldn't exchange my purchases for smaller sizes the next day and was really not nice when I came back asking.

This is a good visit. Not great not bad, just good. There really isn't much interaction with the people that work here. They do their job I guess. I did find a pair of shorts for 7 bucks. They will be perfect for out Europe trip next week. Thanks y'all.. JRB

Great location, great store, but the company has very strict dressing room rules (4 items at a time?) I would lower the stars but they made up for it by allowing my pregnant girlfriend to use the employee only bathroom.
