The college student running the place when I arrived is very customer oriented. Hopefully he'll have his own garage one day if he wants it. I'd go to it. I'd walked from Salinas Street (were traveling by RV) to the hardware store and stopped for coffee. The negative review surprises me. I'm the same background and there was no issue.

Immaculate . Cleanest station , cleanest bathroom , friendliest service . Can have full service or self service . Cute and vintage and everything we needed . Great selection of snacks (healthy and not ) Gas prices are insane anyway why not drive off the freeway a bit and pay a little extra for the nicest most lovely little station around . And the vintage "ding ding" when you drive in ?! So cool. Thanks for being an unexpected joy on a long travel day

We were accosted by NOEY again, he is cashier at the Village Service Station. He is typically very rude and stand-off with my Family and very machismo. Today he charged my husband 2.00 for a cup of water..then justified it. He always has issue with my Family, we think cause we are White and perhaps he is antisemitic. Anyways, we are Boycotting this gas station, we are Montecito locals and we don't tolerate discrimination or hostility in the work place. Get with it guys, this is 2022, leave your machismo at home.

It's a superb spot! I truly do partake in this service station, I actually get my gas and snacks here, however the costs are lower. It's worth the effort!

One star for the amazing gas attendant. This review is for everything else. Insane prices per gallon. Just because it's Montecito. Ridiculous. I'd be happy to pay the outrageous gas price for self service if you offered something remotely worth it at the station. Gross cheap unhealthy snack options. An old pump that squirted gas all over my Lexus upon lifting it into my car. Not at all what I expected here. Wow.

Fantastic gas station!! These guys are wonderful. I’ve been going here since 1984. They’ve always been kind and friendly. Whether I roll up in one of my vintage cars or a filthy cheap compact they treat me exactly the same (and yes I have done both). They are clean and polite. They are helpful as well. Many times they have come out to wash my windows, check my oil, etc...even when using self-service. Super impressive from the days of Roy Jenson until today.

The gasoline boy was very quick in servicing us. He just fueled my car in just a minute. He was very polite as he greeted me with a smile. This gasoline station must be recommended to all. Very convenient!
