I wish there was a zero star option. I’m a local resident, I have shopped at this store about 20 times. I have also brought friends and family to shop here. First off, if you aren’t prepared to spend at least $200 here, you will be treated like garbage. I picked up aFew items, 4 to exact, One lotion, one body butter, and one body scrub. The total $177.38. Hahahahahaha. I put back the candle and the body scrub, the lady who was working there, was very exasperated and seemed offended when I requested to have them taken off the bill. Additionally, I was a little disturbed when this happened. One of the vendors who sells in the store, she makes the grapeseed products. She and her daughter had come in , to do the “scent bar”. She was having a casual conversation with the woman who was working at the store. The vendor, started talking about how everyone in her family was quite ill, and the reason daughter was with her, was because she was not allowed at school due to her illness. I was very surprised that she was speaking so openly about how everyone oh her home was quite ill, and her daughter was very sick, but there they both were in the store servicing products that people wear on their body. They didn’t have gloves on, and they were servicing the essential oils, lotions, candles etc. she then ran down the list of about 10 places they would be going to, later on in the day to work as well. I’m furious at the quality of the products. The body butter that I purchased, has big chunks in it. I don’t use body butter often, so I thought that possibly this is just how the consistency of it is supposed to be. I wasn’t concerned until I went through it a little more and found black chunks. also it was clear, when I opened it, that it has probably been used as a tester. Additionally, the lotion that I bought has the consistency of water. The bottle that it came in, is probably the cheapest bottle I’ve ever dealt with. It doesn’t work properly. The lotion is essentially impossible to use as it’s basically water. Very dissatisfied. I’ve bought better lotion at the $.99 Store. The price point on these products Is laughable, especially considering the quality of items. The quality of the items so poor. I wouldn’t be surprised if, these items were from the 99 Cents store, and she was simply filling bottles with “grapeseed” labels on them. I’ve use this lotion for a couple years now, and it hasn’t always been this bad, but it has gotten significantly worse.

There's some really cool art and crafts in this store but the owner is intensely rude. I've been here many times and she has a way of making you feel like a major inconvenience. She also has a very vindictive attitude towards her neighbors shop and the patrons; I've been berated for simply standing in front of her shop. And don't even think of parking in her lot, she will charge you for parking if you don't buy anything!!!

Delightful synchronization is everywhere when I keep my ears tuned and well, fall into it! That’s how I met Kristen and Grapeseed over a dozen years ago. I asked her to duplicate the essence a favorite candle of mine gave off. I’ve been wearing my signature scent of essential oils ever since. Thanks, Kristen! You do amazing things!

Super customer service and great products! Fragrances are some of my favorite overall - really enjoy visiting their shop on vacation and ordering on-line when we aren’t near!

I was running errands in Sb and went to The Waterline on the recommendation of a friend. Super cool spot, lots of friendly staff to help you with menu options. I went with the popular rockfish tacos! So good! Great local wines and beers. I chose a rose' after talking with the knowledgeable bartender. They also support local artists so after eating, I cruised around to check out the current installation. One featured artist is David J. Diamant. His show is Sunset Surfers. Not sure why this is reported closed. It is definitely OPEN! March 11, 2020.

Super cool spot located in the center of the Funk Zone. Featuring all local artists and something for everyone! We met Jules the owner and she was super sweet! Offered us one of her tables to eat our tacos from next door because we wanted to sit in the sun. Even cleaned it off for us and welcomed us over even though we were not shopping there. Of course we did end up going in and I'm so glad we did! She was helpful and willing to even take a custom order. I'm already making my Christmas shopping list here. This is my new go to spot for gift shopping!

Crowded and hot! Food was good. Impossible burger, brisket sandwich and buttered noodles for the kids. You can order food and eat in the wine or beer tasting room. Three stars because of crowdedness and heat-not a great combo!

I love these soaps ~! These soaps are amazing, i never thought i could go back to a bar of soap from a pump bottle of body wash (which is a waste of plastic anyway). I'm on my second bar now, i highly recommend their soap product. Thanks to

Torn between a 3 and a 4 star rating. We had fish tacos. The fish was well prepared. It was $14 for 3 small fish tacos. I felt for $14 they could have included rice or something that didn't have me going home still hungry . The tacos were supposed to come with pico or salsa which they didn't. They looked anemic. A piece of fish a tinny bit off cabbage and a small piece of avocado that had seen better days. I will say the flavor was good and I'm pretty sure from the looks of the other plates I saw that the food is good here. I'm going to come back try something else and update my review.

Love the concept and the reality of this place. It's an open indoor market type concept with something for everyone and places to eat close by. A new Santa Barbara classic, also great and convenient for holiday shopping.

Awesome indoor market -- two breweries, a winery, a few places peddling cool souvenirs/goods. It's not that big but had some really cute shops. Plants. Clothes. Art. Jewelry. Definitely worth a stroll.

Went to Macy's looking for a perfume for me, but left feeling disappointed and a huge throbbing in my head. Luckily, I discovered Grapeseed and they made me a custom perfume! Service is great, reasonable prices, and delightful scents. Definitely will be back!

Great area with many stores. I just don't like the parking arrangement. Various restaurants in the area.
