I absolutely loved my experience with Janya and The Dress Bridal. Her shop is clean and organized. The dresses she stocks are excellent quality. She offers a wonderful experience from your first try on appointment through picking up your dress. My dress was absolutely beautiful and her tailoring was spot on. My bustle held up perfectly all night. I cannot recommend this shop enough and all for a very reasonable price.

I cannot recommend Jayna and The Dress Bridal more. From the very beginning, having an intimate and relaxing experience to choose a dress, being asked such helpful questions to narrow down and figure out what I wanted, recommending and making a gorgeous veil, to the alterations and tips for care- it was more than I could have expected and it helped make a potentially stressful process easy, relaxing and incredibly enjoyable.

Can't recommend The Dress enough!! Jayna is kind, calming and laidback, and never made any visit feel rushed. I had tried other bridal shops in Newport Beach and even 9 months before my wedding the shops were saying I would have to rush-order dresses and it just felt like they were pressuring me to buy right then and there.
Jayna was so easy-going and fun to work and talk with. She also has a great selection of different styles for what I felt were really reasonable prices. The prices of the dresses are also listed on her website so there's no mystery. I found my dress on my very first visit and planned a follow-up with my MOH to be sure!! It was totally not the style I thought I would have picked so having Jayna's extensive selection really helped me find the perfect dress!
Jayna did all the alterations and bustle in house and made my veil too (and in fact remade my veil overnight after an emergency!!), all at super reasonable prices compared to prices I saw online and at other shops. The quality of her work is incredible, and working with her is a DREAM.
If you live in SB or are stopping through, visit! If you are a bride tired of feeling pressured at other bridal shops, visit!! Thank you so much Jayna!

From the first shopping experience, I fell in love with the Dress! Jayna is extremely talented and was able to identify immediately which styles would be flattering and would go well with our venue. The level of service was a stark contrast to many of the other experiences I had shopping in LA and NYC with staff that didn't understand figures and fabrics. I ended up finding a dress that I loved and Jayna was able to customize it to perfection with pearls down the back and even made the perfect custom veil to match! Highly recommend shopping for your dress here and using Jayna and team for your alterations/ customizations!

Jayna is the best- so welcoming and knowledgeable, definitely someone you can trust to help you find the best dress that works for you. This was the second place I went to try on dresses and it was such an easy decision. I'd highly recommend getting your dress from The Dress!

First of all, I cannot recommend this place enough! SHOP HERE! Heather and Jayna went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. I had Heather for my first appointment and she made me feel so comfortable. She helped the dresses fit to my body, really listened to me in conversation (when we were just chit-chatting) and figuring out my style. She was so helpful and I cannot thank her enough.
I went back for a second appointment to make sure I wanted the dress I wanted. I had the privilege of working with Jayna this time. Absolutely wonderful! She gave such great advice for the dresses I tried on, and again, made you feel so comfortable. Both of these ladies were outstanding and I am so excited that I found a beautiful dress, within my budget. The shop is cozy, intimate, and has such fantastic lighting. Jayna has many options to choose from, all in a great price range! If I ever had to remarry, I would purchase here every time! Lol

I purchased my dress here and had nothing but great experiences. Jayna and Heather go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with your dress (and they have a ton of styles to try on)! Also, I'm a petite person, and I loved that Heather took the time to show me how a dress would actually fit on me (e.g. where the waist would sit when it's my size since I'm short and samples are a larger size). Thank you Jayna and Heather for finding/making my perfect dress!

Jayna is the goddess of wedding dresses. The Dress was one of the first stores I went to when looking for my dress. Once I found the dress, I knew I wanted to make some changes to the straps but didn't know exactly what I wanted. Jayna helped me refine the idea and brought it to life. Then the pandemic hit and she held onto my dress for two extra years for me. She made the whole process enjoyable and without stress. Thank you Jayna!

Heather was amazing, you can tell she loves what she does. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel special! I can't wait for my next appointment here! These dresses are made in a way to make you look your best. I don't usually like standing I front of mirrors and being dressed up so I was surprised at how much fun I had and how good I felt in the dresses!! 10/10 would recommend this business.

Jayna and Heather are amazing. Jayna was able to get my wife the dress she wanted and altered it herself to perfection! She never expressed any frustration or stressed when we first met and shared our short timeframe. Jayna and Heather both made us feel comfortable and right at home. Wonderful experience. Heather made my mom and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. She did a great job listening to what I wanted, finding those dresses, and seeing what worked and suggesting different options. The shop is charming and intimate!
