They didn’t tell me that if I did a one week trial that I’d owe 230 dollars even if I cancelled because there service was really bad I only had two bars in Santa Barbara and to many dead zones in the mountains. Now I’m getting harassed by debt collectors all the time and they won’t reverse the debt the employee in store was nice but that’s something to tell people

They are a terrible service company when it comes to payment. If you pay early in a schedule arrangement you will be charged double.

Great customer service! Walked in needing a new screen protector for my phone and was greeted and immediately helped by Steven. I was in in out in minutes. Definitely will be my go to T-Mobile in town.
