I cannot believe the level of care and concern and attention to detail from every person at Stevens & Associates. I am just one little person with Medicare, and they take care of me like I'm a Fortune 500 company with 1000 employees. Whatever your situation, these people truly care and will do the best job ever.

There are not enough adjectives to describe the service that Sandy Stevens and staff have provided my husband and I with insurance and the Medicare maze. They have always been there for us when we have questions or needed assistance. These people have been simply amazing ?

I can’t thank Stevens and Associates enough. I especially have to thank Shireen, who expended impressive effort making sure I got the insurance I wanted and needed for my Part D prescription coverage. She even contacted me on weekends to work out crucial details. She clearly has very extensive and thorough knowledge about how the insurance industry works, and knows how to ply the systems and people needed to make things happen. I and my wife are extremely happy with the insurance coverage we now have.

All at Stevens & Associates have provided my husband and I with the most excellent, professional guidance and problem solving over many years of our constantly changing needs. My most recent insurance challenge of my own, was an unnecessary and stressful disaster caused by an incompetent and non-responsive Ventura County social worker...at the same time my husband passed away. Jason Stevens and his team efficiently and effectively dealt with, and resolved the problem during my sad and difficult time. Thank you!!

I have Treba Bell at Stevens and Stevens Insurance to thank for her tenacity and professional attitude in helping me solve a complicated and time draining experience with insurance coverage. She went over and above what my expectations were and was able to help me a solve a problem that I could not have solve alone.
