Simple to find unit. storage off main street away from traffic. reason for choosing this storage business is due to the extended gate access hours. 5am to 10pm. most storage facilities are 7am to 7pm.

Really nice facility, be wary of the manager (you can't miss him he's huge) . The manager (Jaime) I'd a really A-hole and likes to try and belittle people and intimidate then. Fairly expensive as for as other facilities in The area. The gate times could be more accommodating.

Storage itself is ok. I have several issues with them however; the woman I spoke to on multiple occasions both in person and over the phone is unprofessional and does not seem to know what she is doing. They are not offering their moving truck services "due to covid" despite still advertising on their website about it. The elevator was not large enough to fit half of a sectional couch so I had to take it up 3 flights of stairs. Considering how much I paid for the unit, I should not have had as many problems that I did. This was the only place that had storage space left so I didn't really have a choice, but they have made moving more stressful than it should have been. I got several calls on different mornings (back to back if I did not answer) while I was either in class or work just for them to tell me my lock looked weird. Overall, unprofessional vibes and not the most convenient storage space.

Overall great experience. The facility is well maintained, staff was very helpful with all my questions. The manager, Jamie, is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is to my satisfaction; all while maintaining a professionally friendly demeanor. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage facility that is a cut above the rest.

The manager of this place was not only unhelpful but I had to practically do his job for him. He was very rude, never answered the phone during office hours(and I couldn’t go in due to covid), never responded to my phone calls/emails and just was very unpleasant to work with. The facility was decent, nothing wrong with it. I gave it 2 stars because it was confusing to dig out the information from the manager about pricing.

State Street Storage is absolutely the best storage company in Santa Barbara. Having an affordable and prime location in Santa Barbara that is close to Goleta, the staff has been excellent in providing courteous and kind service, assisting with my every need for the past year an a half that I have been a client. Jamie, the Office Manager, is exemplary in his customer service, ensuring I and my family have had all questions and concerns accounted for while going above and beyond my expectations. I have never been more satisfied as a customer. If you need your treasured belongings stored and cared for, this is truly the storage company for you!
