“My experience in Santa Barbara it’s like in heaven, I wasn’t in heaven yet, but this is the highest level of feeling in this place. You have got to go visit Santa Barbara and if you have a date this is even extra amazing everything is clean and beautiful not traffics like in Los Angeles. You sit on the beach with your date and hear the birds you hear life and really enjoy the silence even the air that you breathe. It’s 10 times better than everywhere else, just go in a sunny day and you will thank me”

“Came to this store because my wife needed new cleats. They had a great selection, had all the newest models out along with other variants, and pretty much any other gear you would need for soccer. Louis was very helpful and patient as my wife tried out probably 5-10 different pairs of cleats, and even gave us a discount at the end. The whole interaction was very pleasant, and it made me happy to be able to support a good business run by good people. The next time I need any gear, I know where I am going.”

Even if they didn't have exactly what I wanted, they helped suggest other options.They have regular full priced items mixed in with used equipment, but the prices are pretty good anyhow.”

“I ordered an XXL Thule cargo box during REI's Labor Day sale and when I went into the store to pick it up, Tyler the manager was there to help. He went above and beyond by not only carrying it out to my vehicle but helping us install it, giving us tips and then throwing away and recycling all the packaging. We had planned on strapping the thing on our roof and getting it home to figure it out but Tyler made it incredibly easy and simple. What a nice surprise and such a helpful manager- REI is lucky to have Tyler in charge, offering such amazing service and setting a wonderful example for his employees. Thank you Tyler!”
