Surprised to have trouble using official S&F coupons today. Could not log into my account at store -- though had internet, got email fine -- so specialist had to input manually. A 10-minute breeze became a 20-minute slog.

Wasn't nearly as busy as I'd thought it would be on a Friday evening. I'm at this store 3 to 4 times a week.
Glad it's post Christmas shopping now, grocery stores become a bit more frisky during the holidays. I hope people are nice to the staff especially during these busy shopping days.

I only go there because it is close by, not because I like it. Good variety of product, but no hand baskets and long lines at too few open checkouts.

I'm so disgusted after going into the restroom at this store. I've never smelled a place so strong of urine ever. I'm never going back in that place, ever. I almost vomited.

Clean, cool and very friendly, helpful staff. A little short staffed. Did not have advertised on sale tri tip available. Kinda disappointing. Hopefully they will improve!?

Love Smart and Final Extra! They have almost everything you can think of in grocery store, restaurant-type items. They have cleaners, bulk candy, bulk alcohol, bulk everything and no membership dues.

This place is dirt cheap. You know why? Because they never have over 2 checkers. Often one. But when Petco closed and desperate for cat food, this is only game in town. The neighborhood, I mean.
