We were there on September 4th, the staff were no help at all, didn't care at all, even when we actively asked. They clearly didn't want to sell anything, they just wanted to chat and watch videos on their phones.

I was there today to buy shoes and the dark-haired, slightly stronger (can I still say that these days) saleswoman was extremely friendly and accommodating!

She told us someone else was getting the shoes for us. No one came out. The associate at the register had no one to help, but didn’t offer to help us either. We felt ignored.

Thanks staff for being patient with me during my decision making, I have such a difficult time buying shoes at times but this staff was delightful awhile dealing with multiple customers at a time, Customer service in retail gets undermined alot esp. in shoes dept. they really do their best to their abilities! I mean wow I give these girls a round of applause. I love my skechers shoes!

The store itself is great, but when I went the sales associate was very unpleasant. I ended up not buying anything there and went to the Goleta showcase place which had the same items and welcoming staff.

The employees were clearly annoyed to help us & it was clear that our purchase was inconvenience to them. Love sketcher shoes don’t love the service at this store… will have to travel out of town to go get my favorite shoes.

I couldn't find my size 7/1/2 for styles that I like.My shoe size is 7 1/2.Their shoe size is not correct. Some of their style shoes I am not interested in have size 7 fit me while the size 7 on the styles I like didn't fit. Weird!

Located on State Street near the Paseo Nuevo Mall. It has lots of great shoes. I love Skechers! But they didn't have the shoes I was looking for. They had them online, but I really wanted to try them on first. They were having a sale on socks, we bought some cute socks. They feel like warm hugs for your feet, come in all sizes, and fit like a warm hug.

The worst customer service ever! I was there this afternoon and the staff were in the back chatting. The one who was by the till was more concerned with her phone than helping me. She could have upsold me in 60 seconds had she tried. I didn’t buy anything and I walked out. Whoever owns this business is hemorrhaging money because staff just don’t care. I won’t be going back.

Do NOT order shoes from this store to be delivered to your home! I ordered on August 20th, called several times and no Tracking info was provided, store Clerks unable to verify order! Don't bother calling there customer service #, you will be on hold more than 30 minutes. It's now Sep 3rd and still no tracking# nor has the order left the building!Chat help is helpful but unverified.
