More than anything is the service. Bruce and the team make you feel vip. Will even FaceTime you with ideas. Great even if you're out of the area. They also have a great eye for style. Love this store.

What a great place. Customer service was excellent. Makes you remember why the small businesses are better than the large. Good variety and had some cool belts. I would defiantly come back here when ai needed anything big or tall.

The owners were super nice and very helpful. We went in to find my 6’8 boyfriend a new pair of slacks and Bruce helped us find a pair that fit perfectly! Ellen was just as sweet talking to me while he tried on the pants. There are a lot of options here and we will defiantly be back soon!! Bruce even threw in a free pair of socks(:

Drove from Oxnard to come here, and what a great place this is for big and tall clothing and shoes. Ridiculously excellent customer service, actually the best customer service I have ever experienced. Very knowledgeable and pleasant people to deal with. Highly recommended!!

Best selection of men's casual dress shirts in Santa Barbara. Singer's Big & Tall have quality shirts, impressive adjustable belts that have the best fit, and a good selection of dress pants that have a stretch making the pants very comfortable. The owner is professional and accommodating to ensure his customers have well fitted clothes. Singer's Big & Tall offers free alteration to ensure a proper fit. This business is an example of a business with pride of ownership. Singer's Big & Tall clothing store is by fare the best men's clothing store for men of all sizes and a true 5-Star retail store. Check the store inventory and you will be impressed!

I'm 6'3" 300. I'm not a giant but it's hard to get a suit. The sales guy was incredibly friendly and helpful. I got a suit, a shirt, and a cool dress belt. I had to pick it up on the way to San Diego at 6 am for traffic and our schedule and the owner met me so I could pick it up hours before they were open. I'm a huge fan and will shop there again.

Great store with a wide range of nice quality, fashionable menswear. Very helpful owners. Went in to get a shirt because we misjudged the weather before coming to Santa Barbara. Found a few casual shirts, dress shirts, shorts and a jacket. On the jacket - literally had been looking for years and found the perfect one here. Fair prices for amazing clothes that fit and are stylish. The BEST big and tall store ever. Also a local owned business.

Great customer service and great selection. I'm 6'5 300lbs. it's usually pretty difficult to find shirts in the right size/length. This store has plenty of sizes for anybody over 6ft and potentially more. The associates are very helpful/polite and make the process simple. Highly recommend if you're a large person that usually has a hard time finding clothes that fit correctly.

My husband is tall and thin. Here in SoCal it is hard to find any tall sizes that are not also 1-6X, which he is not. We have had great success shopping at Singer's over the years and today, after going to 3 Big and Tall stores here in SoCal and finding them ALL to be just carry big, but not tall sizes, I called Singer's.What can I say... Ellen sent me photos of what they had in the type of shirts we were looking for. She suggested an additional brand she thought might work and explained that my husband's favorite shirts were not available in short sleeves, but that they could alter the sleeves of long sleeved shirts free of charge. Then Bruce got on the line to ask just precisely how much to shorten the sleeves, cause he wanted it to be perfect. At the end of the day, literally, we were able to arrange for a total of 3 shirts, two altered, all shipped to our home, and feel successful (after a frustrating in-store shopping spree) and also really well tended to by the most invested store owners ever. Thank you Ellen and Bruce. Such a pleasure to have found what we needed with your creative problem solving!
