My partner has been having a hard time looking for an everyday silver chain that he really connects with. We came into this store for the first time the other day and he found one within 10 minutes! He absolutely loves it and won’t take it off. He also bought me the dantiest gold bracelet that I am in LOVE with. The service was helpful and kind, store was clean and full of so many options, jewelry was beautiful. We will definitely be back!

as someone who prefers silver over gold this is my go to place. cheaper prices than even places like the gem faire. basically wholesale prices! i’ve never had an issue with the couple who owns this store. they are friendly enough and usually offer to help me. also the quality of the silver has always been stellar, my rings still look bright and shiny as ever

The best store in Santa Barbara!! The owner and her manager are so knowledgeable and helpful!! The selection of jewellery is incredible!!! I always buy my silver and gifts there…. I suggest you do, too!!!! Fabulous!!!!!!!

Accused of theft by mistake...
Very helpful sir, but watch out for madam…
I wanted to buy a cross pendant... and my son tried 2 rings. I asked my son to put them back… but once at the checkout, a ring was missing from the display.
I had the right to an accusation (normal…) if the ring was missing, and a scandal…
I am French, I would never have taken such a risk while traveling, and the same for my son!
I couldn't buy La Croix... which I had been looking for for a long time for my sister!
Disgusted and wasted moment...

The chain I got here is amazing, I get compliments on it all the time. The worker here is always so helpful. I unfortunately broke my chain and the man working helped me fix it at no cost ! GO HERE !

I came in here yesterday with my friend and was greeted by the male owner. He was super nice and told us to let him know if we wanted him to open up any of the ring cases. He then went off to help another customer. The wife then came over and hovered over us the whole time like we were going to steal her rings. I get it, she probably has a lot of theft that happens at her shop, but this was over the top. Each time my friend and I picked up a ring to take a closer look, the lady would say, "I'll hold that up at the register for you". We had to tell her several times that we were just looking and didn't want those particular items. She did not get the hint and would not give us any peace. I don't want to be put on the spot when I'm shopping and I know other people don't as well. She then starts yelling at her husband on the other side of the small shop from right beside us, right in our ears. I just don't understand this childish behavior coming from a 65-year-old. There were several rings I had my eye on because they were cute and priced very well, but this lady was so obnoxious and made the shopping experience so unpleasant, that I ended up not buying anything. I think if she was a bit more kind (and maybe spoke more softly!) and didn't treat her customers as if they were stealing, they would have a lot more business. It's a shame because they have pretty and affordable jewelry, but I won't be coming back because of this lady's attitude.

Went in there to get matching bracelets with friends. The male owner was very kind and told us to try on bracelets we liked. Then, the female owner came and wouldn’t leave us alone. She told us to give her the bracelets off our wrists so she could watch them at the register. We decided to leave because she was being strangely persecuting, and she filmed us on our way out and told us to not come back. We did not steal anything from this store, yet were still profiled and filmed without reason.

My granddaughter and I went, again, today to get her a couple of silver rings. We go there often. She is 16 and loves rings and bracelets...and necklaces, of course! This is a great place to find all those things and more! The owners are very nice and helpful. They have been in the same spot for about 30 years! I've been in SB for 45 years and have purchased many of my own bangles and baubles from them in the past.It's the place to go for variety, quality, and very reasonably priced jewelry!

My friends and I were passing by this jewelry store and decided to go inside to see if they had anything cute to buy. We were looking at the rings and once we were done, both of the owners (wife and husband) assumed we had stolen one. The wife really said OUT LOUD, "guess i'm gonna have to stand here all day", and did not keep her eyes off us, making us really uncomfortable to even actually buy something. We were wearing our own REAL jewelry so for her to think that we would steal a cheap ring from her was really stupid and irritating. We did not end up buying anything and will never be back! Both of the owners are incredibly ignorant with their micro aggression behavior.

Went in with my friends yesterday to shop around SB. We came across this one and were looking to buy jewelry. Everything was fine til the owner came and assumed that my friends stole a ring from their little cabinet . Even though the male owner was there the whole time and they were just shopping around. It was not until the woman came and they stated a ring was missing and then she made a snarky remark about it. " I guess I'm going to stand here all day". As soon as she made that remark we all looked up at her in confusion because she was making the assumption that my friends stole it when they didn't. They did have rings on but it was real gold and clearly a whole different style/retailer from what they had. They kept asking my friends if they're sure they didn't pick out a ring and they were just on top of us after that. One of my friends ended up buying earrings but we instantly regretted it after realizing that they were profiling us and being racist. We were outside talking about how they were being weird with us and the owners kept peering at us from the inside. Never going back to this place. Profiting of POC and their " native jewelry " How you gonna work in Santa Barbara with all these Spanish names for the streets yet discriminate against Latinos/Hispanics? Racist a** owners. Their " sterling silver " and other jewelry can easily be bought in DTLA and even at the freaking malls around. Nothing special. Just racist ignorant owners. Instead of assuming and saying snarky remarks they should have gone back and checked their cameras. Never coming back to this wack a** place again. Y'all can look at the past reviews too because this has been going on for a minute! Be careful

Always love coming here , my favorite store to buy silver jewelry and the best prices for silver in the whole 805 area , weather you want men's bracelets , chains or pendents ... Or you want to buy a mens ring or a bracelet , necklace , pendant or nice ring for your girlfriend, they offer the best prices anywhere around and have a large variety of unique silver jewelry. Hands down my favorite spot in Santa Barbara area to buy men's silver jewelry or something for my girlfriend . 5 stars all day .
