Santa Barbara Running provides excellent customer service with an incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond. The staff are extremely considerate, courteous, and welcoming, offering personalized and epic service. They take time to listen and are very understanding, working with customers to figure everything out. The store has a better selection of athletic shoes than most places in town. It is a great place for runners to find shoes, build out a shoe rotation, or get expert help for specific needs like chronic foot pain. The high quality of service and warm experience makes it highly recommended.
