I bought two basic ToTo toilets from SB Plumbing Supply and hand a handyman install them. The sales person was very helpful and the toilets were competitively priced. When the handyman was removing one of the toilet lids out of the box, he noticed that it was broken in a couple of places. We contacted SB Plumbing Supply and they exchanged the lid, no hassle at all. The new toilets very well, big improvement from the older ones. Shop local, skip the big box stores when you can.

This is a nice store to shop for repair parts and pipe fittings, but I found the faucets and fixtures to be overpriced.

I just love the service I get at SB Plumbing supplies. I have been remodeling my home and have been working with James Saavedra for over a year now. He really knows his stuff and is a very kind human being. He has been incredibly helpful in the sometimes daunting process of picking out everything I needed. His knowledge is exceptional.

Jason is very knowledgeable about his products and all things plumbing. The store has a beautiful selection of high-end plumbing supplies that is inspiring. For being in Santa Barbara, their prices are reasonable. I drive up from Ventura for their excellent selection and service.

This store has great customer service and a massive selection of pipe fittings, faucet parts, plumbing tools, hard to find specialty plumbing parts, plumbing chemicals, and more at a low price. There is also a good selection of reasonably priced faucets and other fixtures. For those who prefer something stylish, there is also a fixture showroom but they only sell US made faucets which are very expensive.

I worked with Jason and must say after experience in Ferguson what a difference. As a woman shopper in manly department I was treated with inattentiveness in several places. I like how Jason treated me as regular customer who wants to purchase great products and have some concerns about how to pick from many choices. Jason provided great customer service, was patient and answered all questions, followed up and is knowledgeable. It was truly pleasure working him!

Great! Been going there for years. These guys are very knowledgeable. They have a great instock supply of high end fixture basic repair parts. If not they can pretty much order what ever you need. It is an awesome store to have locally.

I have nothing but appreciation for JAMES who, over the phone, just helped two plumbing guys who were "stuck" disassemble a Grohe kitchen faucet. He told them exactly what to do step by step. A great big THANKS to James, who really knows his stuff, at Santa Barbara Plumbing supply.

I normally go to Fergasons down in LA. But when am in Santa Barbara I go here. Prices are better, consistant. Staff helpful. Last time I was there I started getting fittings, one of the employees asked me if I was buying pipe also. When I paid for my stuff, the pipe was already on my truck. Great place for the professional. They were quick to get me out and on my way.

I went into Santa Barbara Plumbing Supplies earlier today and was really impressed by the selection and knowledge of the staff. I came in looking for an obscure replacement shower faucet cartridge and the two gentlemen who helped me were able to identify the brand (Danze) and point me in the right direction, even though they didn't sell this product line. They also recommended I go to a nearby competitor who did carry the Danze product line. I thought that was really classy and unselfish of them. I was really impressed that two, count 'em, two gentlemen took the time to assist me even though there was no sale to be made. They didn't make me feel like an idiot because I don't know squat about plumbing, and I left feeling like these guys just wanted to help and it wasn't all about the sale. Furthermore, I went with their recommendation to visit a local competitor and they were able to order the parts I needed and have them shipped to my house. Had it not been for Santa Barbara Plumbing Supplies, I would have probably spent hundreds of dollars tearing out the bathroom tile and hiring a plumber to replace the original shower valve. Luckily I was able to keep the existing valve and just buy a new shower cartridge and trim kit. My point is that Santa Barbara Plumbing Supplies is a first class act. They have extremely knowledgeable staff, an amazing showroom and they can help you with your plumbing needs, whether or not a sale is to be made. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
