Everything was fine until some freak kept staring at me and then I parked to look something up for two minutes and he came up and asked me if I needed anything and he works here- seriously dude?I was on my phone he knows I just filled up the tank what the actual heck ???

My friends and I stopped here during our roadtrip home as we were looking all around town for a bathroom. This guy was sitting on a chair out front and told us he has no bathroom for us unless we bought something so we politely agreed and went inside to buy some snacks in exchange for the bathroom key. The worker was a total creep and just making a ton of weird comments and accused my friend of vaping in the store when we was biting his nail and none of us vape. We all wanted to get out of there asap so we took the bathroom key and did our business. Then we we came back to the car my friends who stayed in the car said the worker told them to "Get off the property!" since they weren't getting gas even though a couple of us were customers and still using the restroom. As we were about to leave we had one friend still in the bathroom and my other friend starts moving the car per the workers request when he then comes chasing after our car accusing us of stealing the bathroom key. Our friend then comes back from the bathroom with the key he gave to the worker and we all got out of there asap. DO NOT come here unless you want to be harassed by a lowlife control freak gas station attendant. In a way I feel bad for this dude as he's probably just lonely and has nothing else in his life but this job that he sucks at.

Horrible owner and mean people. Just be a gas station not harassing someone for get to my gas for too long when the other pumps are open?

Total rip off. I brought in two 1 gallon propane tanks and they charged me $11 minimum on bowls. I ended up paying $26 for 2 gallons of propane and they were not flexible about it and I had also filled my gas tank there. The same thing would cost me eight to $12 at all of the other wonderful places that fill propane I will never come here again.

I'm not sure how anyone could be less friendly than these folks. If you wanna get berated as you rank your gas... definitely come here!

Do not buy propane here. Was filling a 5lb tank which only takes about 1 gallon of propane. 1 gallon is about $4.25. They have a flat rate of $12.90+tax.I ended up paying $14 dollars for $4.25 of propane. Got to Santa Barbara home improvement for propane.

I tried to have 2 propane tanks filled. The cashier told me they could do it if I watched the storefront to make sure nobody stole anything. Um, ok, I did that. He then came back in and rang me up for both tanks, and told me the tanks were in the back.I went to the back, and only one had been filled. I went back into the store and asked him why, and he said (almost word for word here) "It's a flat fee per tank, whether the tanks work or not. I don't have any responsibility to tell you if your tanks are bad."Yeah, one of my tanks was bad. I was kind of surprised and said that was kind of weird that he didn't tell me that one was bad before ringing me up. He got irrationally angry and started berating me for yelling at him (I wasn't yelling at him), then started crying. I left, because I'm like no I am not doing any of this drama.I went back the next day to talk to Ray, the owner, who I'd met before. I told him what happened and asked for a refund for one of the tanks. He said that the same cashier had had another problem with a customer earlier in the day, and Ray had to go over and deal with it, so he wasn't surprised.Then Ray said that if I had the tank with me then he would look at it and then decide what to do, but since I didn't have it it was just too bad. I'm like hey I don't care about the $20, but you not offering a refund when you know your employee is the real problem here is lame, and now with your response there's two problems.This guy lost my business, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know about it.

This review is long overdue for such amazing service we received on our road trip through Santa Barbara. We can check engine light come on and thought it could be something serious. We pulled into this shop and immediately found how special these people are. Caring, kind and helpful beyond the call is an understatement. First, they diagnosed problem, fixed it for us and came and picked us up when car was finished. Are you serious?!!! The owner himself treated us like family. If you are so lucky to live near this business look no further for a service station. Kindness lives here!! So much appreciated Shelly and Sandy

Don't know about the gas station but the mechanic, Ellie, is one of the finest people on the planet. I've known him for many years and he has always been incredibly knowledgeable about cars while at the same time just as incredibly friendly and personable. He took us the day we called & had us going in less than an hour. What a great guy. If you need a mechanic, I can't recommend him highly enough.
