Santa Barbara Dance Arts has been our home away from home from four years. The staff, teachers and other dancers make for a very special place! Even throughout COVID, they have followed all the protocols and still made dancing possible for our kids safely. I couldn't recommend Dance Arts more to kids of all ages looking for a dance studio!!

I reached out to SB Dance Arts to see if they could host a private beginners hip hop dance class for a bachelorette party. It wasn't listed on their website but they immediately got back to me and worked with me to make this happen. I got connected to hip hop teacher, Lacy, who let the bride pick the song. Having the bride pick the song to learn a minute or so of fun choreography was the perfect format. I liked how the choreography was both manageable for the beginners and fun for the more advanced dancers. We had such a good time and the bachelorette attendees told me after the weekend ended that the dance class was a bachelorette highlight. It certainly was mine! I also loved seeing the bride sport the biggest smile on her face the entire time. Thanks to SB Dance Arts team for making this happen and to Lacy for being such a fun and good teacher! HIGHLY recommend!

Great gym focusing on elite level bike training, and strength training to functional movement and mobility. Good selection of specialty bike parts and wheels.

My 9 year old daughter attended a week long dance camp here over the summer and all is can say is why didn't I sign her up sooner! My daughter loved every minute of the camp! The instructors were great and Alana (the owner) has done an amazing job at creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all kids. We will be back!

I can't say enough great things about Alana and her team of talent at SD Dance Arts. My daughter has taken Brittney's Hip Hop class for several years now and she's hooked. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, as I believe it should be for young girls, yet the kids learn so much! A definite gem in the community.

This place is amazing. I signed my son up for a week of camp, not knowing what to expect. It far exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only are the staff and the volunteers amazing, but the place is warm, full of life and positive energy. If your child likes to dance, and wants a fun place to express themselves, then I cannot recommend this place enough. We will for sure be back.

This one is hard for me to share as it's so fun I want it to be my secret! I have been coming for years and decided it was about time I shared. Brandi Davis used to teach this class at Spectrum (remember Hip Hop Zumba anyone?) and then moved on to a couple other locations, before finally settling in at SB Dance Arts. The 411 is dance with a great group of women and sometimes men (we could use more!) to the latest pop and hip hop and some Latin too! Monday and Wednesday at Noon. It is a blast and a great workout! $10/class but I think she still let's you try your first class for free just mention her ad!

Excellent! I recently relocated to Santa Barbara and being a former dancer, I was looking to find a dance studio near my apartment that has a variety of adult classes. I'm so happy I found Santa Barbara Dance Arts. I took my first Ariel yoga class tonight and it was fantastic! I was also able to watch part of an adult hip hop class and the choreography was great! Every dancer looked like they were having a blast. I cannot wait to take more classes :)
