I love San Ysidro pharmacy! They have the best service and are very knowledgeable about prescriptions. They also offer compounded prescriptions that are not available anywhere else.

Specializing in custom compounding of bioavailable hormone replacement medication, pain creams, and pet medications.All regular insurance and MediCare accepted, and you will be serviced with better care and understanding than the impersonal box store pharmacies.At San Ysidro Pharmacy, you can always speak to one of the Pharmacists either as a walk in, or by phone which is typically picked up by the third ring.Great supplements/vitamin section and a stylish gift boutique.

Great Compound Pharmacy with Wonderful service! Plus they have a good selection of vitamins, lotions and makeup. Bonus is the cute gifts and nicknacks.

I came in to fill a prescription for my grandson whom I am Legal Guardian. Ashly helped me with my insurance card troubles. Without her I would have walked out frustrated, but instead, I’m walking out happy and with my prescription!!Thank you Ashly.

I've been meaning to write a review for the last few weeks, and finally have the opportunity to do so. My sister took me on a mini vacation at the end of January for an early birthday celebration. Along with the cute shops, she mentioned that there's a great pharmacy we should check out. And indeed, we did! Lol First off, aside from the usual items you would find at a pharmacy, they had so many unique items! Whoever is the supplier for their store, does a great job. I think we spent a good 45 minutes looking at everything. When we were ready to check out, the owner, Keld, was there to help out. Not only did he ring up our purchases, but he took his valuable time sharing some recommendations for our stay (dining and things to see and do - in detail)! It was so thoughtful and greatly appreciated! Btw, we ended up going on the drive he recommended and Oh, Anderson's! We unfortunately were there on a Tuesday (the only day of the week that they're closed). We looked in the window and ooohed and ahhhed (we Scandinavians, adore a great pastry)! Well, all the more reason to go back! On a side note, everyone there at the pharmacy was helpful and kind. Looking forward to going back! Check it out, you won't regret it!

absolutely angelic staff, except for vanessa. she is horrible. she is mean, unhelpful, rude, and will argue with you over basic questions. I hope they let her go soon, because calling them is stressful when she answers. everyone else is so kind and compassionate. I am so grateful for the helpful people at pharmacy!

Cute for cards / gifts etc but fully expect to pay almost 50% more than elsewhere. My ( bad review is based off them charging $30 for a single covid home test that is sold elsewhere and online for $9-12 dollars) price gouging is illegal and unethical. Shame on you. And don't say you out more the day I saw this I could buy the same box of 10 tests for $98 plus $8 shipping.

What a wonderful welcoming friendly pharmacy not to mention extremely helpful. We were after covid tests and the pharmacist Scarlett literally went out of her way to help us. She was knowledgable and just great with allaying our concerns. We were a bit stressed and upset because we'd just had the most unhelpful and rude encounter with the pharmacist at Vons in Montecito but thanks to Scarlett we left happy and reassured. Thank you!

I was in today 8/12/21 i must say the Staff was so friendly and helpful i got what i needed and is very pleased with the compounding they do my hormone cream.. and the front staff was so helpful Vanessa was her name she is really a charm please give her my regards

I have used San Ysidro Pharmacy for several years and generally have been very happy with the service, however the past year their quality and service have been SERIOUSLY lacking. Especially the fact that staff do not wear masks indoors - in a PHARMACY - during a PANDEMIC! Today I was in to pick up a RX and 2 out of the 4 staff were unmasked. Disgusting.
