Paul, Edgar, and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable of the appliances they were installing. They were able to troubleshoot a couple of issues quickly and used great care transporting the appliances on newly installed hardwood flooring. Great crew, definitely recommend using REIDs for your local SB appliance needs!

Very helpful sales and delivery/installation people.
I recently had a complicated situation with a dishwasher where the delivery guys (Paul and Edgar) had to come out twice to get everything installed properly. They were so professional and friendly with a pretty annoying situation that they had to deal with. They all went above and beyond to make it happen as smoothly as possible.

I have to say, as a licensed contractor in California for over 20 years, Paul and Edgar were exceedingly prompt and timely when responding to our install. Polite kind and engaging. From purchasing my new washer/dryer to the installation... this was such an easy process. Paul and Edgar, who delivered and installed this new purchase, were so good, very considerate and it was a pleasure to work with them.
I have been purchasing from Reids for many years....I highly recommend them.

After recently moving to SB I wanted to shop local for a w/d. I bought a full sized stackable from Reid's but when they delivered it, the install crew thought it was too big to be functional in the space. I appreciated that they took it back and offered a replacement, but the only replacement they offered to me is a piece of junk. It's already broken after about ten loads (see pics of the broken handle and duct-taped door) and the dryer leaves clothes wrinkled. So now after spending $1,850 I spend MORE time doing laundry, including more ironing, than going to the laundromat. I asked if Reid's would take it back and refund me but they haven't responded to that request.

Reid’s Appliances were downright great to work with from top to bottom. We’ve had a problematic range in our house for about 3 years. They helped us select a model that would suit our very specific requirements, and even gave us a recommendation for repairs people and electricians to double check the old range was a goner. Paul Edgar and Adam came to take away the old range and bring in the new. In the span of about an hour everything was in place and like-new. I would recommend Reid’s to anybody in the area.

SIMON at Reid's Santa Barbara store is absolutely fantastic. He is completely knowledgeable about the products. He is straightforward and honest in his explanations of the products and Reid's policies. His disposition is wonderful...always courteous, kind and respectful. A true gem when it comes to personality and customer service.
