No one is there to help you talk to an empty chair. If someone is not tech to use a tablet there in trouble. If you dont have an appointment they will not see you. Some people need help I've must have signed in about 3 patients. Your going to sit and wait anyway.

The registration tablet is not user friendly at all. No one is available to help visitors. Also I left my driver license on the scanner overnight. No one from the staff called even though they have all my information and my phone number when I scheduled the appointment the day before. Totally unprofessional

Only human interaction is when they are sticking a needle in your arm! Called to inquire about test results, nobody answered, listened to a message, and was never given a choice to speak with someone, but was directed to the website which is also useless.

Terrible service. Can't make an appointment online then walk ins are not even acknowledged until they feel like it.

Was turned away by an impolite nurse because my walk-in was “inconvenient” since their lunch was coming up. Returned after their lunch period and was told I would have to wait a long time due to a high volume of appointments. Myself and two other patients waited for 30 minutes without any staff assistance. Ended up waiting a full hour. Phlebotomist then bruised me while drawing blood. They seem stressed and understaffed, SOS

This is my second time here in a month and both times have been very impressed with efficiency & customer service. Albert was my phlebotomist today and was exceedingly professional and friendly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Overall very good experience!

Go at your own risk. if you dare to visit this location, please be warned. The phlebotomist that drew my blood was an incompetent imbecile. They had one job to do and that job was to upload the blood test results to my MyQuest app and send the blood test results to my doctor. Unfortunately, the employees at this location were in capable of doing their job. What happened, is that six weeks after getting my blood drawn there were no blood test results to be found. As a result, my doctor's office never received the blood test, and as a result of that I was unable to have my appointment with them. In addition to all of the stress, aggravation, frustration, and above all lack of respect provided by this team of phlebotomists, the billing department charged me for my blood test results. Does that even make any sense? You have the audacity to charge me and send me a bill for test results that I never received. The joke is on you. Again, to anyone reading this review go at your own risk for you will be gravely disappointed.
