I agree with other reviewers. Most of their sales people at the Santa Barbara store are not the warmest…I shop at the Thousand Oaks store, much friendlier and attentive

Despite the mixed reviews, based on our experience today when my husband and I picked up the item we ordered online, we had a pleasant experience. Mia was courteous and friendly.
