I thought I'd give this place another try! It has been years since I bought an elliptical that fell apart weeks after purchasing!Anyhow! That was long ago.Yesterday, my pops and I went in, looking to spend good money on a stationary bike.The customer service was non existent. The manager (the bald guy) literally looked passed us. It was noted that he was attentive to a customer that was already there. They left, and still no acknowledgement .I would not patronize their business. The older gentleman was friendly, but could offer no assistance. His specialty was the bike section. He said, "Good luck."

This is a pretty good place to go first when you're looking for sports equipment. The staff have always been helpful. Even if they didn't have exactly what I wanted, they helped suggest other options.They have regular full priced items mixed in with used equipment, but the prices are pretty good anyhow.

Returned a bat that broke it half when swinging. Almost hit another kid in the head when it came off. The money never returned to my debit card. Talked to them multiple times on the phone. All they said was it's the credit card companies problem, not ours. They should have just gave me the cash instead. Had to file claim with my bank. This place sucks!!

Buyer beware! Bought an excersise bike for $247.00. It stopped working after a month. I brought it back and they refused to do anything. Not even partial credit. Just thieves as far as I'm concerned. They have no credibility.

Called to ask for pricing on ski adjustments, was told they provided that service and then showed up to find out they didn’t. Minor inconvenience but still annoyed that I drove over for nothing

We really loved this place.. We wanted a stationary bike..and oh my goodness. SO MANY GREAT CHOICES! They had a brand new one I liked already assembled! The price was great as well as the staff. I appreciate the care of this small business here in Santa Barbara.. Thank you Play It Again Sports! Great place!
