The car market is crazy right now. Almost every dealership in California is charging dealer markup and dealer accessories. Even with that, Jerry got me a good price in the market today. More importantly, the buying process was easy and straightforward. His manager Mark was able to work with us as well in ensuring a stream lined process with getting financing from the bank. And Jocelyn was a professional with talking about the after purchase add ons I could go with (GAP insurance, warranty, service package etc.) I did end up getting the 9 year bumper to bumper warranty through Perry Mazda. Any advice for anyone reading this, work with Jerry in sales and no one else. He will ensure you get a good price and have a smooth buying process.

This place has the worst customer service for any dealership of Mazda or Ford within the surrounding 100mile radius. Bought our Mazda here in 2019 from the nicest Gentleman who unfortunately no longer works here , the previous Sales manager who we bought this car from promised to take care of issues the car had when we drove off the lot(smudged paint), unfortunately even after the first week of finding all the small but irritating issues such as bad paint job on the door, broken shards of glass ALL OVER THE BACK SEAT CREASES, Tom the previous sales manager asked us to bring in the Mazda and the shards of glass and they would provide a detailed cleaning, remove the back seats and make sure there was no more glass underneath, unfortunately their service guy OMAR had no clue what the hell was happening. And they kept having to reschedule us for the detail cleaning, months passed by, no call, no action from them. Now July 2020 , one year later ,service guy Omar has ZERO communication with the new sales manager Christian who is lacking the one requirement to be a sales manager, management skills, we have been dealing with multiple people since Tom was here, left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing scenario, spoke to Christian about finally bringing in the Mazda on my one day off for an oil change, and full detailed cleaning. OMAR had no clue wth was going on, according to him, he had no previous notification of having a Mazda being detailed cleaned as their Mazda Detailer was not working on the Only Saturday I have off, driving 50 miles here btw so yes my day has to be planned and scheduled to bring it here, he also stated "oh im booked for oil changes today" so i drove up here for absolutely nothing, No guarantee that the car would be detailed in time or when the oil change would be done, ITS BEEN 1 YEAR, and the smudged paint is still on the door which TOM had promised they would take care of by having someone mazda approved to repaint the door , apparently no one knows anything, wasted another entire day dealing with this crap, this is the 8th or 9th time now speaking with them and still Service side has no clue what Sales side is doing or planning, how the hell does anyone get anything done here with zero structure? NEVER AGAIN coming back to this dealership and would highly recommend everyone stay away from this dealership and instead go to Thousand oaks Mazda or Oxnard Mazda, where atleast the service and sales sides both speak to one another or atleast pretend they know wtf is going. Not here

I've had wonderful experiences at the service station here. Whether it's an oil change or a major project, the job gets done. Omar is a stud! He goes above and beyond. Give that man a raise!

Robin and John are no longer with the company and their customer service has slipped terribly. I will not do business with them again.

My husband and I had a good experience returning my leased Mazda3 and purchasing a CX5. The negotiations were fair, and they give us a slightly better trade in value than KBB for my leased vehicle. The interest rates were market, too. What really sealed the deal for my husband and I was their new internet sales manager, Izzy. He was straightforward, responsive and easygoing, and we give our business to people we like. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars was because before I got connected with Izzy, I had to follow up with a couple of people before being connected to Izzy a few days later, so there is room for improvement there. I also like to see ballpark figures for financing, which I only got from one dealer during this search, would be out of this world if they did something like that.

Ask for Greg in the sales department. He was excellent. Not pushy at all and very helpful. I spoke with multiple dealerships and they were willing to make the best deal. Enjoying the new car!
