One person can ruin all the good work of the whole team. Surely Diego can be better than that. Came in for sone engine oil on Friday 2/24/23. While one of the associates was really friendly, Diego who checked me out seemed have had a bad day. I understand but no greeting no thank you and when I asked whether he needs my phone number his answer was simply "give it if you want" Is that what the phone is for?

AMAZING!! Go here if you want great service. I had AAA come out to replace my battery. They sent their driver but he did not have my size of battery. I then drove to two different stores and both took one look and told me no they couldn't change it because "it will take to long." I do not like the parking at O'Reilly but it was my last chance. I spoke with Enrique the manager who immediately popped outside, looked at the battery and told me no problem. I as in and out within 15 minutes!!! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Enrique and to all the staff who were so friendly and professional.
