Clean, no fuss rooms. Free parking on premise. Didn’t expect a lot for the price point and for one night. You can’t walk to the downtown but if you have a car its a very short drive to all the shops and attractions.

Our room was large, but not particularly nicely decorated. Bathroom large and clean. The floor in the room should be cleaned properly, our feet were really dirty.Coffee/kettle in the room. No fridge.I would book the hotel again.Safety: Safe area.Walkability: About 10 minutes walk to the city center.Food & drinks: Hotel offers various drinks.

Very clean room, great location, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me while my Dad was in hospice. I appreciated the small courtesies as well as having a sanctuary during a difficult time.Walkability: Easy fifteen-twenty minute walk to downtown restaurants, etc

Pros - The guy at the front desk was really nice and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We liked that there was no carpet in the room. If you’ve ever pulled up old carpet and seen what the underside looks like, you’d be grossed out by carpet like we are. The traffic noise wasn't too bad and with the white noise app on our phone, it wasn't an issue. We liked that we could back our car up to right in front of our door. The location is great – right in town and close to everything!Cons - The room was pretty basic, and the exterior of the motel isn't terribly attractive, but we kind of expected that at this price point. One suggestion - I think they just renovated the wing we stayed in, but when the beds are replaced again at some stage, beds without the metal surround underneath would be a better option. Every time you walk up to the bed and your foot even touches that metal surround, it sounds like you're being voted off the Gong Show. It's loud! We could even hear it from the neighboring rooms. A fridge in the room would be nice too.Overall, it was a good choice for a 2 night stay at a lower price point.

Reserved a 2 Bedroom Suite. $550 a night. Walked in and there was no table, chairs, dressers, no couch, no where to put your stuff. The room smelled musty. The toilet seat was actually falling off. The bedspreads were the old scratchy type. Pool had no furniture as they said it was being replaced and a weed filled grass area.It was so bad, we left and got another hotel. I hate to give such bad ratings but with a good cleaning and $1000 the room could have been ok. It was so bad and overpriced I felt I had no choice. Employee was nice though

Not a bad room but no refrigerator, very poor water pressure in the shower, but the owner recommended a good tourist spot in town we didn't know about

Great Room, Great location, Great service. Nice and simple renovated room, laminate flooring, tv, iron, blow dryer, coffee maker. AC worked great! And the towels were soft, not scratchy! Service was awesome, allowed us to check in an hour early. Price was unbeatable for the location. Room smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. No old stale smell like a lot of other motels. Quiet evening slept great. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend.

For a motel, I was pleasantly impressed. You'll get the same accommodations as a hotel, but at a lower rate. The best part is the location, it's only a few blocks away from downtown SB and right next to a 7-11 & AMPM for a quick snack run. The bed was pretty comfortable, bathroom is modern, the A/C works well, and the room was clean. There's also a pool, but I can't speak to it's quality as I didn't use it. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely awful, the pool was dirty, the floors and and walls were filthy, my fresh towel from the front desk had dirt (brown smudged mark) on it. Infested with ants and bugs. Would not recommend to anyone and will 100% not be staying again.
