Wendy is dedicated to helping people of any age or fitness level strive for a healthier lifestyle or better quality of life. She has been in the fitness industry since 1999. She uses a variety of different methods including basic fitness training and yoga to design a fitness program tailored to her client's personal needs. She also offers small group classes, duet or couples training, and competitive rates. The studio is always clean and fresh, plus it is conveniently located. I highly recommend Fit For Life.

I have been a member of many fitness facilities over my 65 years and the first thing I noticed about One On One that was different than all the rest was that no membership cards were issued. No need- if you weren't greeted by name you weren't a member! I nicknamed this great facility the Cheers Gym..."Everyone knows your name...always glad you came." This uncrowded gym has a very private feel and is exceptionally clean with well maintained equipment. The professional staff offer a variety of personal training choices as well as group classes. My favorite is Wendy's Monday evening stretch class. Great for general flexibility and my golf swing!

Amazing facility, especially if you are traveling through. The owner is phenomenal and tailors workouts to benefit the individual. Linda the owner has amazing energy. Highly recommend this gym.
