We went to SB Easter weekend to celebrate our son's birthday (4/1). We came from the valley & didn't have any reservations made. We found Oasis inn & suites & booked 2 king rooms. The rooms were just perfect. Clean. This is not a fancy hotel. No breakfast provided. Parking was good too. We parked my car around the back where we could see it from our room. The staff was very helpful since we've never been to the area before.

We have stayed here several times, good rooms for the price charged. We like the location, relative to downtown SB and Goleta and being able to walk various places to dine or shop. No hot tub, but has a pool. Rooms and beds are comfy. Parking is cramped in an insufficient, narrow front lot but there is additional parking in the back. We will continue to enjoy future stays here when in the SB area.

I put 4 stars only because this isn’t a luxury 5 star hotel. BUT, all that matters to me is that it’s clean, the staff are friendly and the location is perfect for someone who came out of town for a one night stay. There’s an Italian restaurant across the street that has delicious food. A 7/11 a block away, a Gelson grocery market across the street and many small shops all located within walking distance.
Rooms: Room 4 has a kitchen with fridge.King size bed and located up stairs
Walkability: Everything you need is walking distance literally across the street. Grocery dry cleaning restaurants and liquor stores and post office.

Wonderful place to stay. Home away from home. I feel safe there. The front desk is so nice, kind and helpful.

Poor wifi. You must go out to the check in lobby for coffee because give you one regular and one decaf in the room Clean but a little tired.

This is truly a nice place to stay. Very peaceful, quiet, friendly staff, etc. But most of all it close to most restaurants, food markets, and liquor stores. All within walking distance.

The place itself is not horrible. BUT... I am currently in a room with a large group of drunk men nextdoor and they are sitting outside drinking, swearing and are VERY LOUD!!!!! I complained ti management, asked for a different room and they said No! Two hours now of listening to this. Never ever again will I stay here.

Our room was after renovation. Evrething was good. There was a laminate instead of carpet so everything was clean. The room, bathroom and pool were very clean. They also installed the new, quiet AC/Heat. I would recommend this inn.

This place is ok. An average value for the money. Even these smaller motels can be overpriced due to the need for occupancy. There are a ton of these type motels throughout SB. Get in early and reserve cause they go fast. Amazing how all the hospitality gets full in this city. Via Maestro is across the street. So is Gelsons. If you have the time check out Chaucers books in Lareto plaza....pretty cool book store.....if you're looking for a stiff drink, then harry's is this place. All of these are just a short walk from this motel.Walkability: Not much to see here on upper state besides grocery or restaurants and shops.
