Bait and switch! Buyers beware. We were told the service for two cars would be $50 each for interior and exterior cleaning. We verified this during the work. At the end of the job we were told the work would be $170 total. Not a good experience.

After many road trips with a dog every nook and cranny of my car was filled with sand and debris. Plus there was a mysterious smell... I reached out via Yelp and Guillermo got back to me right away with detailed pricing and a quote. I booked him the next morning for a mini detail with extra thorough vacuuming. He and his partner worked hard for 2 hours and the last time I saw my car this clean was when I bought it- My car looks amazing! He got every little corner, thorough vacuum and cleaning, and the smell is gone. Pricing is incredibly reasonable. I really look forward to having Nova Spa come on a regular basis.

Before I even chose the service, Guillermo was extremely helpful and quick with responding to yelp messages. I was able to send pictures of my car for him to give me an estimate and also his personal opinion of the service I should get to maximize my value. Very quick to set up a time for them to come over, and they brought everything in the van. Even all the water they used. I ended up choosing the "Mini Detail" service and chose the "Seat Shampoo" as the free included add on as part of the deal. The overall service took 90 minutes and all the employees were extremely friendly and hard working. The package I got had extremely great value as the interior and exterior was cleaned exceptionally for the price of $85. I'll attach some before and after pictures but It's pretty much guaranteed that I will come back to Nova Wash again. 10/10 The car came out looking shiny inside and out! Definitely shoot these guys a message if your looking for a cheap but quality car wash or detail!

Nova Spa was right on time and detailed my car in 2 hours while I was right at home. I intend to use them more often. There pricing was more than reasonable! And they came with their own water and power spray. My car looks like new!! Such friendly and efficient service!

Excellent and impressive Detail work! Guillermo was super responsive and so easy to deal with! He sent a team of 4 men that detailed the inside of my car for 2 hours! If anything, he undercharges!! Great Great work! I'm a happy and satisfied customer and I'm keeping Nova Spa (and Guillermo) in my contact list! Definitely gonna recommend him to my friends! Thanks Guillermo!!

I was looking into this and a couple other options but was definitely sold when Nova Spa messaged me back with an amazing 50% deal. Total came to be 165$ for both interior/exterior detailing. Scheduled for the next day at 8:30 am, they came to my house and did their MAGIC until 11 AM and my car was absolutely SPOTLESS. I was concerned about the difficult since I recently got a puppy and he sheds everywhere but they did an AMAZING job.

Amazing service!After over a year of having my big dog ride in the car with me, it had dust and dog hairs everywhere. Not to mention the dirt on the carpets from our hikes!Nova Spa was great at communicating and scheduling me very quickly. They worked effectively and efficiently. I plan on going to them for future services.

Don't hesitate to call. Guillermo and his crew provided top notch service and they made our car look brand new. We ordered the outside wash and interior steam and shampoo. We have 3 dogs and no one ever has cleaned it like this. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! Called them for a price/availability estimate and they immediately sent a text with all their info! They were prompt and curious and they left our car spotless! These guys did such a great job. I reached out for a quote on a Friday night and Guillermo got back to me about 20 minutes later and was able to schedule the cleaning for the following Monday. Went with the mini-detailing for one vehicle and the interior/exterior basic carwash for the second vehicle. I have to say, even just the basic cleaning came out looking like a detailing from some of the other places I've been in the past. I highly recommend Guillermo and his crew. Very professional from initial communication to finish, he's a very friendly guy, and clearly takes pride in the work that he does. 10/10

I booked a service with Nova Spa yesterday and they came and cleaned our car today. I have had this car for 7 years and it now looks better than when I bought it. I booked the interior service so the seats got shampooed and they even do the outside including wheels and engine. We will definitely book when our other car needs a cleaning.
