Wonderful experience! A sweet couple did the Mani Pedi together and gave a wonderful hand and foot massage at the end. Massage chairs, offered tea and water bottle. Gel Mani + regular Pedi for $75. Would definitely come back

Basically an expensive foot wash. Very limited clipping, the massage was so light I could have screamed, and there were no options given - Just "pedicure." The salon is a hoarder's paradise, stuff everywhere. I told them I had somewhere to be and had them stop early. They still tried to charge me full price, even though I left without polish. This place is a nightmare.

Always nice and always give waters and magazines to make you super comfortable. I've only ever gotten pedicures but it's always a good experience :)

They did a great job! Nice staff. Super simple just needed a change of polish for all nails - I arrived just before they closed and were kind to accommodate. Highly recommended.

I went here to get my nails done for my birthday and had a great experience! They were able to help me, even though I did not have an appointment and treated me with kindness the whole time. Asked if I wanted a soda or water and then immediately gave me a magazine. Overall the whole experience was delightful and the atmosphere was comfortable, just what I wanted! Later that day I ended up getting engaged! I was so glad to have my nails looking great for the photos! Thank you to Nail Palace and the great people there!

My girlfriend and I were in Santa Barbara for the first time, and on our second day there she decided she wanted to get her nails done, and I was way overdue for a pedicure. Nail Palace was near the Simpson House Inn, where we were staying, so we decided to go there. There was a man and a woman working there; he did my pedicure and the nice woman did my girlfriend's manicure. After providing us with tea and bottled water, they went to work. They were both very pleasant, and very professional, and we were both thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Nail Palace!Services: Manicures

After trying many nail salons I have FINALLY found the one! Although I am not much of a talker when getting a pedicure. They have a sweet-heart. I had an aroma pedicure and they actually used fresh lemon. Big roomy pedicure chairs. I definitely recommend here with :)! & that's a fantastic salon.

This is my de-stress place to go. Wonderful massage chairs, amazing care from the owners. Wonderful pedicures. The oil massage is really good. My daughter gets little multi-color flowers on her nail-polish. It is clean and quiet. You cannot ask for more

First and last time at this nail salon. I walked in with nobody in the salon so I got worked on right away. I asked for a gel manicure, the lady wrapped my fingers in foil. I sat there for about 10 minutes then a Male who I assume is the owner started to remove the old gel. I don't think he knew what he was doing because he didn't even clean my cuticles after taking the gel polish off. After slightly buffing my nails the lady and the man switched again and the lady started to paint my nails. I don't know why they kept going back and forth. The lady did and okay job painting my nails. After an hour and a half later my nails were painted and dried. I got a mini massage after which was really nice. Although the lotion came out of an unmarked head&shoulders looking bottle. Still no other customer had came in after an hour and a half. And I think I know why. Aside from being pricey it's not the best service and the salon is filthy. I have a theory that these people might live in the salon because there's medicine, toys, food, boxes, hats everywhere. It looks like they hoard everything. It's the most ghetto salon I've been to in SB. All I can say is if I am going to pay $40 for a manicure I want it to be perfect. Don't waste your money and stay away from this shady salon.

Don’t come here. Terrible service. They filed my natural nail down super thin that there’s literal ridges in my nails and they are hurting. Nail polish chipped in 2 days. They also overcharged me and had me pay before they even finished
