maybe the only snowboard shop intown, ski and snowboards and gears for sale, bought our snowboard boots and had our snowboard bindings inserted here. friendly staff. will come back for waxing. free sticker with purchase.onething worth to know is parking highly limited.

My partner and I scheduled a boot fitting for today and had an amazing experience. Joey was the gentleman that helped us out. He measure our feet and had us try a few options. He was very receptive to the feedback we gave him about fits. We are very excited about our new boots and can't wait for the ski season this year. We love mountain air sports already but their customer service is ALWAYS above and beyond.

This place is our go to for outdoor equipment. Their selection for the snow is awesome. Their rental team is very knowledgeable and they have great demo options (highly recommend the E Jack knife board by lib tech). Their staff has been more than helpful selecting equipment (goggles, helmets, gloves, boards, skis and boots). We bought most of our snow equipment here previously and it is time to renew! Thank you for having a lot of children's options when it comes to rentals. Get your equipment here, better selection and better priced than renting at the mountain or other rental shops. Thanks to the staff for guiding us through our rentals and purchases!

Discount rack disappointment. Gal in store said an item was 40% off but cashier rung up as 30%, even after the original gal confirmed she said 40%. Disappointed they did not adjust accordingly. Seams a bit dishonest.

For ski fittings, binding attachments and assisting me with the purchase, there was no better experience. All the desk staff in the ski area are so competent and patient. I amVery pleased with how my new ski package works.

Went in today a few minutes after opening to buy two pairs of snow board boots for my gf and I..At first glance it was quite busy and it seemed like we would need to get in line for help, not a problem, we did.. I managed to ask a clearly free floor hand if I could get help with sizing and they pretty much started giving me a run around about “it’s a fitting process so we’ll be right with you when someone can help you with that..” Waited thirty minutes before I was able to get a footwear employees attention.I was asked if I needed help and I proceeded to tell the employee that I’m pretty much sold on the Vans boots for me, and that i really just need help with sizing/stock in order to make my final decision and purchase.. He recommended I go up half a size and that he had that size in stock in slightly different model..I am sold on the Vans look so model/color/price wasn’t something I was totally concerned about as long as I could find them in store and put my hands on them.(everything was okay up until this point)I responded that that was totally fine, and that I would like to try it on for size.. he then replied that, “you can’t try them on unless you buy them”I was immediately taken back, keep in mind, I had just watched this same employee pull three different boots out for the last guy, ended up telling his customer “so you’re going to think about it for a little?” (Literally put the words in the customers mouth), proceeded to tell the customer to buy cheaper goggles online, and then watched him leave.What kind of sales department are you running???And those double standards??If that employees goal is to not sell, he’s doing fantastic!.. At least in that first hour.I immediately walked out because I didn’t want to cause a scene..I’m extremely disappointed with your sales service and will gladly take my money elsewhere.

We rent our ski gear here every year. This is a local, family run business. The staff really know their stuff and are wonderful. Highly recommended.

After a couple seasons trying everything I could think of (inserts, socks, lifts, adjustments, etc) to get my snowboard boots to fit, I gave up and went to get fitted here. BEST DECISION EVER!! The staff here are very knowledgeable and got me into the best fitting boots I've ever had. Will be coming back for other main gear purchases in the future.

I was a little nervous coming in as a plus size women. But the guys at the snowboarding section were really kind and super helpful, they made me feel at ease about learning how to snowboard. They even showed me how to properly tie my boots! Thanks dudes!!!

My son is asking for snowboarding gear for Xmas. He's asking for snowboarding boots, bindings, board, and bibs. We prefer to shop local- so he and his buddy (who is asking for similar items) went to Mountain Air Sports to pick out their gear. They wanted to try on snowboarding boots to get the proper sizing, so they knew which size to ask for. The store wouldn't allow them to try on boots unless they were going to purchase them right then and there. Very disappointing since we (the parents) were heading down to purchase the gear he had picked out, only to learn they weren't allowed to try on the boots for sizing. Not the best customer service, will shop elsewhere to find the gear he is asking for.
