Brenda helped us, kind but the reason for 1 star is because when paying I scanned a cell phone screen protector that we were buying. My husband asked her what was scanned and she said that it came in the plan, that everyone brings it included. I told him that I had done an upgrade before and it did not include it. He kept insisting that it was on the plan until he said the price was $50 with a $15 discount. We told him we didn't want it, he said ok and took it away. Be careful that they don't sell you things you don't want. I am very disappointed because I am a client a lot and something like this had never happened to me in Metro. It must be because Adam always served me. He has 5 star service.

Customer service is bad. Six people standing in store while the clerk acknowledged nobody..... just wanted to pay my bill which would have taken 15 seconds. Waited 15 minutes then left.

Amazing customer service the manager Adam had with me. He was patient with me ,showed me the best offers. He always had a smile on his face and a great sence of humar . Totally recommend going.?

Santa Barbara needs another Metro PCS store. No wonder the store is always empty. They will lie to sell you a phone. I lost my phone. Then I went there with an older metro phone and asked them to charge it and switch my phone number to it. They connected it to a charger that was coming from the cabinet. After a while they said the phone was no good it would not even charge then suggested I buy a new one, so I bought a new one, and they switched my number to the new phone fast. When I went home and tried to charge the old phone, it charged right up. So they lied. Next day I found my old phone and took it back there so they could switch my number back. Then they said they couldn't do it without the phone the number was on. Again lie. They switched it before without the phone the number was on before why do they need it now? So I called Metro and switched the phones without even looking at the phone the number was on.

After having a terrible experience at the store in Goleta, I went to the store in Paseo Nuevo & I'm so glad I did. Neyda & team were fabulous. She spent over an hour with me without taking any other customers or phone calls. I felt like I mattered. She was professional yet with a great sense of humor. Thank you so much for helping me - I really do appreciate it.

Lost my cell phone, shopped Costco, two ATT stores, Verizon. Ended up buying a TMolbile phone & Metro plan from Manuel. He's a straight shooter, knowledgeable, very patient. Don't be fooled by the outward appearance of his place. Manuel is great. And the phone is great.

I was looking to upgrade my phone and after visiting a few different stores in the area, I ended up here. Garrett and Erik were so incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions about upgrading and figuring out which option was best for me. They were pretty knowledgeable and made sure to get an accurate answer if they didn't know something. Best customer service experience I have had in a long time!

Seriously? A bunch of unprofessional children! I drove 45 miles and walked right out after a short, ridiculous waste of my time when all I needed was two new lines! To say they were unprofessional would be the understatement of the year! Go to Costco, you'll get better prices and knowledgeable associates.
