Just bought my new Porsche Panamera…. Tracy (sales) and Summer (finance) were both outstanding. Easiest and most pleasant car purchasing experience I’ve had since I started driving in 1962!!!!!!Ty, the assigned IT assistant came to my home and walked me thru the literally, 100s of options available with this outstanding car. I am looking forward to personalizing my new Porsche over the next several days/weeks and know that I can always count on Ty to help when I get stuck. Highly recommend this trio if you have the opportunity to buy a new Porsche in Santa Barbara. Chuck & Carol

I usually go to a closer dealership for service but have been unhappy with them. Not the case here! I had to get a fairly major part fixed on my car and they gave me a beautiful loaner for 2 weeks free! When I got my car back it was cleaned inside and out and ran beautifully. Customer service in the service department was excellent with regular phone calls with updates on my car. Will def use this dealership for my service needs from now on!

*****Please, all of you future car buyers, read my frustrating experience with M-BSB.I bought the GLC 300 2021 at M-BSB. My first problem was, the upper portion of the steering wheel that melted. It took mi 3 months to convince the dealership to replace the wheel under warranty. Next, the software controlling the driver assistance went bad, luckily Dan T was knowledgeable enough to fix it in reasonable time. Following, tire pressure sensor was alarming me that the tire was deflated. I did measure all 4 tires, did not see problem, however, sensor warning was still on! Took the car to the dealership and it took 3 days to work the problem. 3 days later the same problem occurred again! This time it took 13 days in the shop and all they did replaced 100$ sensor. My first question was if they replaced all 4 sensors - negative said the master serviceman, using quite stupid analogy! Now, on 09/ 23/23 another sensor flash warning. Since I was up for A1 service, I personally drove up to the dealership and setup appointment for 09/26/23. This time I insisted for replacement of the newly failed sensor. Today, I went to pickup the car only to be told that the mechanics were observing the sensor and concluded that the new replacement sensor was necessary. waisted day and yet another day without the car. Now I have the come back again, despite the fact that my timely appointment emphasized the need for new sensor to be readily available. Would you future buyers like to go thru all this, with these incompetent bunch, after spending 50K and much more dollars!?

I cannot address anything regarding purchasing a vehicle here, or having services done at this dealership because it only went as far as how unwelcoming the old lady at the front desk was.. I have, like many of you, purchased many nice vehicles. One common thing a luxury car dealership has like Audi, Porsche, and Lexus is impeccable customer service. All of these companies have very welcoming people. However, walking into this dealership and talking to bitter old lady set the tone for how the rest of the interaction was at this dealership. For that reason alone, I walked out. If the cost of purchasing a $160,000 car includes an attitude, I would rather buy a brand that encourages its people to be customer centric, otherwise hide them in the back doing a desk job or cleaning the restrooms.

I was dealing with Tom , what a waste of my time, car was sold before he sent the information , then took him 46 hours to find out and let me know. Car is still be advertised.. Just trying to bait and switch ,Should be a law against it!

Never taking my car here again! So in the quickness to charge but NOT FIX THE ISSUE! $6k spent and my car is leaking oil again! On top of that after being serviced and picking it up my engine light came on and when I told them about it they wanted to recharge me all over again to diagnose my car when I had just picked up less than a day an hour . MY CAR WAS NEVER FIXED NOR DID THEY RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, customer service is horrible!

Visited on Friday afternoon, Took 20minutes for someone to assist me with a battery issue, while I was there, I wanted to schedule an appointment and was told to do so online, not sure why, we couldn’t just get it scheduled right there and then (hence, I’m already here). I scheduled an appointment online and because I didn’t create an account and did so as a guest, my appointment time and day was not confirmed. Called Monday morning first thing and was told no appointments are available until 2 weeks out. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, and unorganized process. Now I gotta miss a day of work to go out of town to accomplish what I need to do to my car.

New toy arriving thanks to SB Auto Group. Got the new 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLS63 at MSRP ($147k) special ordered. It's a steal for this rare Black Beauty with 603 horse power. During the pandemic most dealerships artificially inflate the price. SB Auto Group does not most of the time. Ask for Tracy in sales in the Mercedes department. She'll be professional and honest with you.

Whether it's a phone call or getting my car in for maintenance, there's always been a long wait. One morning, I sat outside for a good 30minutes before someone came to help.Update:I have actually called a couples times prior to today's appt and was on hold and got hung up, eventually and when I called back no one picked up the phone so I put it off until today.I would like to add that the staff were extremely helpful once they are finally available to assist.I am thankful that you are able to accommodate my request today but I hope that in the future, the phone service is a little better.I have changed this to 4stars.

I want to give a big shout out to my girl Tracy at the Mercedes Benz Dealership here in Santa Barbara. From start to finish she could not have done a better job working on my behalf in order to ensure I got my car and satisfaction.
