My story is exactly like others posted here. I ordered a map that never shipped. Over three months, I have left several customer service voicemails and emails. None have been returned.

Maps.com has the worst customer service. They take your money, do not ship what you paid for, and do not reply to telephone calls or requested e-mails. They're a total sham!!!

I ordered a map on 12/16/22. As of 1/6/23 I still have not received it. My account was credited on 12/19/22. I have called and emailed can only leave a message. I have emailed customer service three times with absolutely no response. Their app "Shop" for tracking orders is unreliable. I'm gonna guess I'm out my money and will never hear from them. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

Ordered a map on November 22nd, paid in full and have been trying to find the status of the map. No-one answers the phone, no one calls back and no one emails you back from customer service.

I have not been able to reach anyone at the company. I have called and emailed without success. I ordered a map on 5/2/22, today is 7/18/22, still no communication or map!

Very very unprofessional company. I ordered a product from them three weeks ago. Paid extra to have it shipped two day mail. Still as of 3-22-22 hasn't been sent! The day after i ordered i requested tracking info. I was told it was done and laminated. Still no product, nobody returns voicemails (left 5-6) with different people. Buy from some other company.
