I shouldnt give them not even one star since my story is the same as previous reviews.Placed order, nobody answers phone nor email. Its a month since i ordered and nothing.

My story is exactly like others posted here. I ordered a map that never shipped. Over three months, I have left several customer service voicemails and emails. None have been returned.

Maps.com has the worst customer service. They take your money, do not ship what you paid for, and do not reply to telephone calls or requested e-mails. They're a total sham!!!
