Went in to buy a new watch, there’s more staff working than customers in the shop…told I had to wait 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I hadn’t been helped. Just buy refurbished and don’t go into the shop.

No complaints. We went in without an appointment to get my other half's phone fixed. Within five minutes of walking in the store, her phone was rebooted and powered on, and a diagnostic test was in progress. Less than 10 minutes later a tech was talking with us and explaining how everything went. Great service, friendly and with no hassle. Granted it was mid week, but there was no wait.

The worst experience I’ve had with Apple so far. I dropped my phone a few weeks ago and made a Genius Bar appointment to get the crack in the screen fixed. I was very late for my appointment, so they were super nice to accommodate me but everything was downhill after that. I was totally ok to pay the $199 screen replacement fee but when I came back to pick up my phone after 1.5 hrs I was shocked that it was in worse condition than before. They had put a dirty, thick screen protector on it that they told me I wouldn’t be able to take off without taking some of the glass off the screen and also said that because one of the screws was damaged (from when I had Apple replace my battery, which they should’ve seen in the records) it was impossible to get the screen off so I would have to buy a $399 replacement phone or upgrade. It was Apple’s fault in the first place that the screw was damaged and it seems they barely tried to get it out, and wouldn’t even put in the tech notes that it was “unrepairable” so that I could reimbursed by my credit card co for a replacement. I went across the street to the tech repair shop in Paseo Nuevo and paid $130 to get a new screen- the tech did it in 15 minutes and asked if Apple had not had the screws to do it, which is odd because they literally make the phone! I’m very upset and feel like Apple tried to take advantage of me/scam me into giving them more money because I clearly don’t know anything about tech. Hopefully I never have to get anything fixed at this Apple location again because it was a terrible experience

The State Street Apple Store is awesome. I came here with my friend, (who through reservation) was looking to buy a new phone. The staff are friendly, and the Genius Bar is also cool.

Exacerbate your laptop if you pay for repair, so that they sell new one with 10% discount. Otherwise you waste free time just to revisit over and over.

I came here to sort out a Mac issue back around February 2022. I witnessed this bizarre exchange and it has bothered me ever since. I could hear this whole conversation while waiting for my device to come back. An older couple came in here and the woman had had issues with storage on her iPhone or something like that, and her photos had been wiped or she was locked out of access. She explained this to the agent including that these were the last photos of her dead relative. I felt really bad for this poor woman as it sounded horrible. She wasn't being rude to staff, was polite. She said that the phone support agents told her to come to this store so she drove over an hour for this appointment. The staff member, a guy probably in his 30s, was really rude back and just saying "What do you want me to say" back in a weird insulting tone when she was asking for help. He didn't explain why they couldn't help or what the issue was. They didn't help her and the couple eventually left. Overhearing this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, felt really bad for this woman.

The associate who helped to confirm a question about the brightness of Apple Watch was being like a J**k, he didn’t say anything, just kept asking me what’s issue? What’s your concern ? What’s your problem? I was the one keep saying “ thank you” . The whole experience made me feel like I owed him or the Apple company.I’ve been visit so many Apple Store in the world, China , HONGKONG, Japan. This one is the worst , no wonder their review score is only 3.5, I know Apple wouldn’t care, but just a heads up to anyone wanna visit this one

Had a Genius Bar appointment? I was there on time. The employees kept telling me that they would be with me in a minute in about 10 minutes went by and then they told me my appointment has been canceled because I was late and there was nothing they could do and they told me I could switch to a walk-in appointment but it would be 3 to 4 hours and I got the sense that they was felt good about what they were doing to me they could care less that it was their fault that it canceled

Apple State Street store.!!Highly recommend.For sure all the experience in Apple Store are incredible supportive to help find solutions to the possible need with their products.I love their classes, learning slowly how to use their tools this product offer.Also and amazing online supporting team.All of them are very nice.!

I have all Apple products and have used the Genius bar from New York to San Francisco. I have an older Mac that has slowed down. I attempted to make an appointment to get help with that and some help setting up my new Mac pro but the rep gave me numerous reasons they couldn’t make an appointment. To top it off there were no customers in the store. #Faol

Jess, Glenna and Cheyanne were AMAZING! My girlfriends and I came to get our make up done and they worked to fit us in and get us all glammed up. Despite the covid challenges they took time to make us each look gorgeous! Thank you ladies for making us look and feel beautiful!
