We rented LoDo for a commercial production of testimonials, and it was great! Ground floor access made loading in and out very easy. The staff was very amenable, the facility was versatile, and overall it was a great experience.

This is my new favorite art studio in Santa Barbara. Really nice venue. If you have something artistic going, you owe it to yourself too check it out.The Santa Barbara summer solstice celebration organization used it for one of our poster and art show, and it was just fabulous. The people there are terrific and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience at a terrific venue.Recommend it wholeheartedly.

I am a comedy show producer for Don't Tell Comedy. LoDo Studios is my absolute favorite place to host one of our stand-up comedy shows. There is ample outdoor space, indoor space for green rooms, multiple bathrooms, and they even curate the aesthetic inside to fit a comedic tone. Brett and Jacob always do an amazing job to accommodate us and make us feel at home. This place is perfect for any event!

LoDo Studios hosted my family reunion and it was the most AMAZING experience! The manager, Jacob, was friendly and helpful through the whole process. His team communicated with my other vendors to make the planning so much easier for me. They were open to all of my crazy ideas and executed them flawlessly. It was the best night of my life. I can't recommend them enough.

Jacob and his team at LoDo Studios are the ultimate hosts! The space is spacious, clean, has an open format, and can be adapted to any type of event. I've had the opportunity to host a half dozen virtual events from LoDo for a range of different nonprofit organizations. All were a huge success, thanks in no small part to the LoDo team.

This is the ultimate venue and art space in the 805 and that's saying a lot. No event is the same , always bringing adventure to each visit. From stand up comedy, live bands, educational lectures, and themed parties, LoDo Studio is the premier environment for a quality connection with the Santa Barbara creative arts community.

Jacob and his team helped organize the most EPIC party I've ever thrown! 150 people, food truck, bar, magician, photo booth, face painting, etc. It was amazing. The space is perfect, the location is perfect. The LoDo team was so fun to work with. I can't recommend them enough. If you want to have a kick ass party in SB, Lodo Studios is the ONLY place to go.

LoDo Studios is amazing and the perfect place for any event! The super fun & funky atmosphere & decor changes to fit the event, and you can really bring your vision to life! The space is great, the big open area outside is perfect for anything- from solstice inflatables, dance floor, food trucks, comedy sesh, fire dancers, amazing projection art and video, and more! The inside allows for more personal networking and conversations, they have very clean bathrooms, an enormous tiger & a stairway to nowhere.... how can you top that!?!I have held several events here from business networking, anniversary and just plain ol fun parties - and I highly recommend it- Cheers to the LoDo crew! Looking forward to our next event
