Very very bad service they gave me fraud I paid for a flower arrangement for my daughter who is in Santa Barbara and they didn't take it, what a shame and apart from that they already charged me but I already reported it to my bank that bad service I would never speak again there is 0 recommendation

DO NOT USE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD AND NOT DELIVER ANY FLOWERS. We live out of town and preferred to use a local flower shop rather than an online generic flower company, well unfortunately that was a mistake. We received the run around for a week, finally gave up. They charged our card and never delivered the flowers. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Great experience here, was helped by a young man who worked with my budget and was very friendly. I bought a custom bouquet of flowers and they have been sitting in my house for weeks at this point still looking as if I got them yesterday. Highly recommend.

Great service and absolutely stunning flowers! I called Lily's yesterday morning for an evening delivery to my daughter. The owner delivered in person after hours for me because their driver would be gone by that time. The flowers are very beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Some of the lillies aren't bloomingvyet so i know these will last a long time. Reasonably priced and take a look at the photo, they could not be prettier or more fresh than these gorgeous flowers.I highly recommend Lily's Flowers to anyone who loves beautiful, amazing bouquets.Thank you!

I have never had a good experience with flowers delivered from Lily's but these went bad two days after delivery. I buy flowers from Costco, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, even Grocery Outlet, and they never look like this. I change water and rehabilitate my flowers. Nothing ever works with Lily's. The woman delivered them and tried to open a locked front door. Luckily I heard it and saw what was happening. Just disappointing all around. Would never recommend.

It took me a while to find a good florist again in Santa Barbara but finally hit the jackpot. Lily's has not let me down. The recipient always receives fresh and beautiful arrangements.

The delivery guy made a mistake on the first order and promptly returned with a new bouquet and extra sweets. Fantastic customer service and I will definitely use Lily's in the future.

Two lessons here: Don't use an 800 number and don't use a florist you cannot talk directly to. I did and my order was beyond my contol. I couldn't change or modify it.

OMG!!! What a WONDERFUL arrangements I received from Lily's Florists! I was a bit nervous because it was a short notice custom order, and because the prices were below the average of most Santa Barbara's florists. However, when I saw them in my son's rehearsal dinner venue, I was thrilled!!! Everybody complimented the gorgeous arrangements. It is a family business so I was happy to give them my business. Will order again!!

I ordered flowers for my mom for May Day, a yearly tradition. Lily’s promised same-day delivery online, but delivered the next day. When I came to visit four days later, the $100 “premium” bouquet was wilted and the saddest excuse for fresh flowers I have ever seen. Petals falling off, rose blossoms brown and wilted. They do not answer their phone after repeated voicemails regarding late delivery and now flower quality.All together a very disappointing experience for something that was meant to be heart-felt. I will steer clear in the future.

Disappointed with the flowers I received as a Mother's Day gift. The edge of the lily was ripped and the edge of the few of the roses were as well. As these were a gift, I do not know how much they were but I am sure the arrangement was expensive. When I called the store I was told this was just how these naturally were and was told I was being unreasonable, even though I actually did not ask for anything. Not how you treat customers.

Don't order anything from Lily's Flowers; save yourself the stress. I regret placing an order from here without first reading all the reviews. I ordered a white lei for my daughter's college graduation. I specifically told them i wanted it to be double. They quoted me $65, which seemed a lot but since i couldn't find a white one anywhere else, i placed the order. When i arrived to pick it up, i was very disappointed because it looked like a single lei, not a double lei. I insisted on a discount, which she finally agreed to give me $10 off and admitted that the the flowers this year had arrived very small. Since i desperately needed it, I took it, which was a big mistake. The flowers started coming off as soon as my daughter put it on before the ceremony. By the end of ceremony almost half of the flowers had come off. It was a very poorly made lei. Over the years, I have purchased many leis and this is the first time ever that something like this happens. I will never buy any items from Lily's Flowers.
