This flower shop is very reliable and will make sure customer is satisfied. I ordered succulents and I had told them that I was not happy with what the recipient received. They offered me options to correct the problem. In less than an hour, they delivered an awesome succulents arrangement. That is what I call customer service. I will definitely be using them. I recommend them to anyone that wants to order flower arrangements in Santa Barbara. They did not disappoint. Thank you so much Kaleidoscope Flowers.

Kaleidoscope Flowers created a wedding bouquet and boutonnière for our daughter's wedding. They were spectacular! Felipe was delightful to work with and totally responsive. I had sent him a photo of a bouquet that I liked, and the one he created was even more gorgeous than the one in the photo. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Very friendly & responded rapidly. Walked in with a 1hr timeframe to create an elopement bouquet/boutonnière and within 30mins i had a predominately white/ivory flowers with greenery to make it elegant as requested. Kaleidoscope Flowers consistently amazes me. They have invested in their online ordering service, and it shows. I have ordered flowers for a funeral, anniversary, thank you, and Christmas, and every time, they consistently perform with both delivery and the bouquet itself. The variety of flowers and selections, along with the professional arrangements, makes it feel like I'm calling up a dependable friend to deliver something special for an occasion. It's easy to pay as well, using PayPal, so I don't have to run to another room to get a credit card. Their flowers online are as accurate in person! This is my go-to floral shop for all of life's events.

Felipe was able to bring my wedding flower vision to life! He and his team are super helpful and professional. Kaleidoscope offered convenient on-time delivery of arrangements to our hotel and venue. Pricing was reasonable and quality was great!

I had the pleasure of working with Felipe for my son's wedding festivities. I was looking for a florist and called Kaleidoscope Flowers. Felipe (the owner) answered the phone. He was kind and patient with my questions. I quickly sensed that this man was sincere, compassionate and also passionate about his work. He helped me make some decisions and reassured me on the end results. The flowers were for a Rehearsal Dinner at the Santa Barbara Inn and a Welcome Reception. They were delivered promptly and were gorgeous. Because they were so beautiful and fresh, they lasted for days. We moved them from event to event and enjoyed them. My only regret is that I didn't take more pictures of them.

Felipe did a beautiful job for our celebration of life for 250 guests. The garlands for the tables were gorgeous and the orchid centerpiece for our memory table was absolutely stunning. Felipe is so kind, professional and creative. His arrangements exceeded our expectations.

I can always tell arrangements done by Kaleidoscope Flowers, they are beautiful, unique, fresh and not your cookie cutter styles. Creative and imaginative, their work is a cut above! Fun shop on State street in the same block with the Arlington Theater. For easier parking get there early in the morning.
