I have worked with many Realors over the years and some have been very good but Jessie is by far the best on all counts. From the moment we spoke she listened and understood what we were looking for and curated the listings she showed us. She was always in touch. She always answered her phone. She was always there ahead of us. Our needs were very specific and she used her network and resources to find us exactly the right property very quickly before it even went into general listing.Because of her advice we avoided a bidding war and paid only the asking price for a very desirable property in a sought after neighborhood. She has helped us with excellent advice on contractors and trades people and has become a valued and trusted friend. She is the reason we now have our dream house. She is without a doubt the best!

Jessie was amazing asset to have. From the start she was very accommodating to my schedule, proactive in anticipating my needs and great at communication. As I was buying out of state, she kept me up to date on all the properties, was my eyes and ears by sending photos and videos. She also was great about keeping my family in the loop and meeting with them since I could not make it to look at places. Throughout the whole process, I felt she was truly advocating for me, what I wanted and in the end I was able to get a dream house.

A Year and half ago I contacted a few realtors in the Santa Barbara area. Several detailed and long conversations later I sat back and waited. In that year and half only one realtor continuously would send market updates, recent relevant homes that came on the market ( also off market ) and a quarterly text check in to see if anything had changed. That realtor was Jessie Sessions. We would not meet in person until we bid on the house we would eventually buy , but that did not stop her determination and thoroughness of assisting us in finding our perfect match. Honestly that was just the beginning and a small glimpse of what was to come. Once we saw the home and knew it was perfect we returned to the east coast and Jessie took over. Jessie handled all aspects of the negotiation, inspections and requests in Santa Barbara and would update us by phone or text daily. We could have never done this transaction without her. Jessie is that one in a million real estate agent who gives you excellence at every stage of the home searching, informing, inspecting and buying process. She listens well, gives excellent advice, works at the pace you want (I found and closed on a place in three weeks), offers her vast network of service providers (from mortgage lenders to handymen).
