I received NO service at the Santa Barbara store. I was one of only 2 customers shopping while 4 employees ignored me. I hunted for my sizes on a table literally next to 2 employees that were too engrossed in a personal conversation to offer any help. I lugged 20 items to the back of the store to locate the fitting room. No one came to check on me or offer to find different sizes.

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.I have yet to be disappointed. They ship my order to me within two or three days. I love the La Cumbria store in Santa Barbara!

Just to bring everyone up to date...the sales people aren't very friendly or helpful, and there were very few affordable items in the store.

I have loved J. Jill for years, all my clothes are from the catalog. My only problem is that they stopped selling 100% or with a bit of spandex for shape, and have been using a lot of rayon, tencel, which seem to be natural fabrics, but have the qualities of polyester. Also, J. Jill is the only clothier that makes tops with enough length to cover the hip area, which is ideal for me. So, with deep regret, I can't find anything I like anymore at J. Jill. Please bring back the great cotton/spandex fabrics you used to sell, b/c no one else comes close for comfort and style.
