As a contractor, my truck is a big part of my business and Lisa saved me time and money helping direct the excellent mechanics that took care of my truck and tools while it was repaired. 5 star service.

Asked for a tire replacement and they gave me what looked like used tires. In addition, they didn't put back an instrument and they did not tell me. I had to ask why it was missing and they never resolved the issue.

Brought my car here after a rear ending accident. This is now the 5th time I have used Iron Horse Auto Body. After dropping it off, they were able to let me know what the initial cost would be just by looking at it. Of course, they wouldn't know exactly what is going on until after they removed the rear bumper as there will be damage underneath. The next day they were able to take it off and see exactly what damage was done to underneath the bumper. They sent me pictures of everything and were super transparent about the entire process. I will only bring my car here and no where else. I have referred 3 different people here and everyone has had an amazing experience. Needed to write this review as after 5+ years of working with them, it is well deserved.

Coming down off the 154, my driver side window went clunk & was stuck about 2" down. I thought maybe it had just come off the track, but, I had my 6 month old twins in the car, it was raining & cold. After calling 2 dealerships & another body shop (who all said "next week".... I live 80 miles away!) Lisa at Iron Horse said bring it by, we'll look at it. Unfortunately, a regulator was broken, but they got the window to stay up so my babies weren't freezing. 10 minutes & out the door. If I lived here, THIS WOULD BE MY MECHANIC.

My Mini Cooper was side swiped, and not knowing where to have it repaired, I took a referral from a reputable tire company, and phoned Iron Horse, and I'm so glad I did. The entire process at Iron Horse was extremely reassuring and professional. Customer service was excellent, and the work was completed on time, with my car looking as good as new, if not better!

Took my car in today because a neighbor scratched the front of my car. I forgot to take his name but the manager there asked me if I wanted it just fixed or perfect, given its 12 years old car I asked him and he gave me a quote right away to paint over it, then offered to just polish it and fix it up right there and then for FREE!!! Ended up not needing to go through anyones insurance, took 10 minutes of our time. Thank you to the manager and Mitch who made my day today!

My wife had a front end accident. She was able to drive into Iron Horse without an appointment and help her on the spot. Chris took care of her. They gave an estimate quickly and were ready to go with insurance. Top notch team. Highly recommend them for your body work

Brett was absolutely helpful today, my wife had a little issue with her car and took it in to get an estimate to get it repaired. Brett took the car and buffed out the scratches at NO CHARGE!! How great is that!! I've had Iron Horse work on this car in the past and has done absolutely wonderful work. I'm giving them 5 stars for their customer service and workmanship. I'd recommend them for any auto body repair.

Im am an advocate for customer service and Iron Horse has it in droves. In or about 2015, I was rear-ended in my Mini Cooper and asked the insurance company if I could use Iron horse to do the work as they had repaired another car we owned. Iron Horse performed the work (with which I was very happy) and we moved away from the area. About three years later, there was an issue with the paint and I no longer lived anywhere near Iron Horse. I was very upset and contacted the owner. He volunteered to work with me to get my car to Santa Barbara, he repaired the paint in its entirety, and he stood by his quality promise. I could not have been more pleased. In short, you know a company has done a great job when they are located more than 100 miles away and you prefer that they do any future work on your cars over any other local shop. Nice job Iron Horse.

Honestly the easiest and best experience I've ever had! These guys took care of a bedside dent and repainted my wheels within a few days. On top of their perfect job they even detailed my truck! I highly recommend this auto body shop!!!

This is a fabulous auto body shop: efficient, honest, fairly priced, well-run. Their quote for a minor bumper/reflector light repair was literally half what I'd been quoted at a disorganized, untidy competitor. The work was beautifully done (better than my car looked before the ding) and on time. Chris was terrific and updated me during the repair. The front office staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Five stars all the way!
