They showed us all options for the mattress type we were looking for, were kind in their process and understood our budget (guest bedroom at my parent's house in Goleta). They also secured a quick delivery as time was of the essence. 5 stars for great customer service and hopefully a much better night's sleep!”
“I have a very strange and random question. We parked in front of your beautiful shop today somewhere around 1 pm, and there is a chance we lost our kid’s favourite toy somewhere around there. If you happened to see it, could you please let me know? It’s a grey/pink giraffe (doesn’t look like a giraffe at all), and it’s well loved. I have a picture of her sister giraffe for reference. Thank you very much in any case! I will remove the comment if I don’t hear from you, so your reviews stay focused on your shop ?”

“Cute small shop. I mainly went just for the jewelry. Lots of options like larimar, moonstone, labradorite, & abalone. I also got a small selenite bowl. I would definitely come back!”

1116 State St, Santa Barbara“We loved this store so much! We came to Santa Barbara on a girl's trip and this store was our favorite place! So much gorgeous jewelry and fun trinkets and all reasonably priced! All five of us found things we bought here. We were also super impressed with the staff, they were so friendly and helpful without seeming pushy at all.”
“Cool and eccentric thrift shop. Lots to see and hunt in the racks for. There's a huge variety of items from clothes, to candles, records and even toys.
Definitely take your time going through everything. Checkout takes a little long because staff is very friendly and talk to all clients for a good 5-7 min per person.”
“Beautiful store with unique items! A lot of the larger pieces were $100 or more. You could find some beautiful gifts in here under $100. I love the ceramic house numbers, coming in around $12 each. Large variety of items to choose from. I enjoyed walking through and admiring the art.”
“Kurt was super friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly, and in-store, got my 1970 Technics SL-1300 turntable working again. And he even had a used preamp he could sell me that I could use the turntable with my more modern receiver that didn't have a phono RCA input. And even showed me a little trick so I can get the pitch perfect. So excited to listen to my records again with my current stereo setup.”
“They sell beautiful, authentic items from Mexico, including pieces from Oaxaca. The store owner personally travels to Mexico to buy inventory directly from local artisans, so you know everything is unique high quality.
If you're looking for something special and love supporting artists from Mexico, you have to check out this store. It's definitely a hidden gem in Santa Barbara!”
“I recently contacted "Coast 2 Coast Collection" to purchase a unique piece that has been hard to find. I spoke to Holly the owner, on one day, and the next day it was shipped out and on its way to MI. Thanks to Holly and her sales associate I now have a complete collection of my unique glassware!”
“The guys are friendly and have lots of dishes, wallets, and knick knacks. There are also big ticket items too! They have finally launched the food shop a couple of doors down called Luzum where you can now buy their Turkish Delights.”
“This is a darling collection of vintage everything. A perfectly curated selection of curios, furnishings, housewares, accessories, and collectibles. We found a couple of great pieces and will be sure to stop in again next time we're in town!”
“One of my favorite stores... What are your perusing for inspiration or looking for a gift - you are sure to find some wonderful things for people of all ages. Pops of color, and the art and home decor. Many of their linens are organic, which is absolutely fabulous if you care about the Earth, the bees, and the working conditions of those behind the scenes Folly is one of many wonderful boutiques in the neighborhood. The owner is friendly with their neighbors and I love how they have worked so that they all have some beautiful things but that are different at each store.Easy parking. It's very sweet collection of shops, including a lovely patisserie and coffee shop called Renaulds I love the adorable little animals that they also have made by a local woman who is about 70 and utilizes up cycled fabrics that other customers bring in. I picked up a sweet little cat, talked into a little bag to give to my daughter, so she always has a cat with her even when she is far from home. Thank you Folly and team”

But after our recent experience with Distinctive Framing, we will give them ALL our future business. Our experience was totally professional and their advice was right on. “Young guy working on Saturday morning 10/1 asked me to leave my backpack at the front. There's a woman walking around with a backpack right in front of us and he says nothing. He needs to be trained properly. Otherwise, good store. I have been going here for a year or two.”

“We were browsing the stores in the Country Mart and stumbled in here looking at some of the amazing kitchen and service items. A beautiful selection of linens (we left with a stack of napkins!) plus so many other wonderful dishes, books and more. We were pleasantly surprised to find Madenia - an old friend of my husband - working there and she greeted us warmly and made our shopping much more enjoyable. An adorable little store that we'll certainly visit again.”

The customer service is the perfect balance of they are there to assist but they are not following me around waiting for me to steal something. I love this store. I don't know the store manager but high five”
“Ordered a few food and wine items for wedding welcome bags for our Santa Barbara wedding. They have a great selection and service was amazing. Even when there was a little mix up, they were quick to resolve. Was great to purchase items ahead of time and guests loved the local touches!”
