    Was grateful they had a car for us without a reservation. However, I brought the car back with a charge of 97% and they refused to credit me the $25 I prepaid for charging.

    Lisa from Hertz saved our bacon this morning! It was chaotic in the rental return parking lot and it caused us to miss our flight. We were stuck in the parking lot for over an hour trying to get out. She brought our kids crackers and a water while we waited.
