Cannot ever speak to a person. The date/time modification online wasn't working so I called. The phone tree just directs you back to the website. The website "Contact Us" sends you to posted information or to a email form that doesn't even help. Absolutely will never book with Hertz again.

Hertz Representative was very friendly & service was prompt at the airport. When we returned the car, the employee greeted us at the lot & instructed us where to park, etc.

Amanda at the SBA hertz/dollar rental was amazing to work with. Not only did she have a great attitude, she was professional and fun to work with. Go see Amanda if you need a car rental from SBA!!
