12:25 Saturday aug 12, 2017 Cashier was on cell phone the entire time I and others were in the store. No acknowledgement. Stayed on cell phone while conducting business. Full store of people. Lack of customer service. Won't be coming back.

We bought 2 rings for our little girls which when we took home, it did not fit them. Brought them back to exchange for SIZE and they would not accommodate us. Ridiculous lack of customer service to lose a customer over $12! Will never shop there again!

Cheap, poor quality clothes. But don't count on returning anything if it's defective. Bought some lace bras on Saturday afternoon, went home and realized that there was no way to put them on because there was no elasticity to put them on. Went back next day to exchange (tags on) and they refused. Terrible customer service.

The store clerks are pretty non responsive and when you ask for assistance they stare at you for a while (as if they lack basic comprehension) before answering. When you walk away they start laughing like school girls. I've been coming to this store for nearly 10 years but this experience ruined it for me.

Cute shop off of State Street. Has a variety of trendy clothes. Everything seems to be $16 or less so it is quite a bargain. This is my first time here and since everything is so cheap i did buy a couple of items since it is such a bargain. I cant tell about the quality of the clothing yet until i have worn them a couple of times and can see how they hold up. I did go to the dressing room and that could have used a little work. There was only one hook for all my clothes and the stuff i wanted to try. I ending hanging the items i wanted to try on the door knob as i didnt want to put it on the floor. No chair or stool in there either. So more hooks or a stool would have been nice.

I like to stop in on occasion to see if they have any cute accessories. However the customer service is terrible. On my way home this evening I stopped in to look at sunglasses and the sales associate let me know that they were closed and I could not purchase anything. I asked what time they closed and she said anywhere from 9-9:30. I looked at the time and it was 8:40. I understand wanting when people in retail want to get home as soon as possible but I've never had someone tell me I could not purchase something during opening hours. I've always liked this place to buy cute and cheap accessories but after tonight I would rather go a few stores up to Dear Diary where they are as sweet as can be.

Clothes are all very inexpensive, all priced at $16, anything less is at the sales rack. Very fashion friendly, forward and up-to-date. Sales woman was very nice and friendly, I forgot her name but she said she had just moved here from Utah. I noticed she liked to talk to her customers as much as she could, which is great if the room is empty, or the customers were in a hurry, but not great if they are in a rush(depends on the situation). Pricing for jewelry is quite weird, because it's based by tags instead of each tag having it's own pricing. I think it would of just been easier to price each one individually, so we wouldn't have to look at the sign for it's correct pricing. They should also keep an eye on their jewelry, because the first bracelet I saw had massive rhinestones missing. I do not like that they have to tie each bag for you with a string. A waste of string if you ask me and a waste of time, because those on the go or on a time frame has to wait a couple more minutes for the person to cut and tie the string on the bag.

Can't beat outfits that costs only $15 dollars or less. I purchased a dress and a blouse and the quality and feel of the outfit doesn't feel cheap. Great little shop!

I had a pretty good experience upon this store. Everything looks really good quality not the cheap stuff that rips easily. I was able to find a blue summer dress for the hot weather outside since I didn't pack any. There were alot of work clothes there that I definitely would love to buy but due to my limited time I decided not to try them on but I was very shocked to see the nice designs of clothing they had in the store. I most definitely will check out the LA location to see if it matches up. Great PRICE!

3 1/2 I am very familiar with HC via on-line but have never been to a store before. While visiting Santa Barbara and Solvang I decided to give it a go. For those of you who have never been, GO. They have a ton more stuff in-store than on-line. I will come back next time I'm in town. The only downfall is the dressing rooms have no ventilation so I was sweating profusely. But its worth it for the deals.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Merchandise is defective and store will not return or exchange. Their receipt says accessories are final sale. I bought a belt and upon opening the bag of clothes I purchased at Heavenly Couture it all smelled like mildew. The mildewed belt stunk up all the clothes in the bag! I talked with the sales person who was not authorized to return or exchange, and then with their corporate office (Irene was the woman's name), who said I could exchange the belt. When I got to the store they said that Irene had told them I could only exchange for another belt. Of the 4 they had, all smelled like mildew. I tried several times to contact Irene, however, when it was known that I was the caller, Irene was suddenly out sick. I told them their receipt should say "Accessories are Final Sale, even if items are defective"
